I just noticed something though. I though that the time for a normal Uchiha to use Izanagi, let alone this new tech, was so insignificantly small that you needed Senju cells just to get the effect to last over a minute. So how is Itachi going to use this twin tech and make it worth while before it becomes worthless.
I wonder if this fight will be any worse than Itachi leading the victory against Nagato. 😐

Yes, this. The genjutsu, pre-cog, and copy stuff are probably the most significant broken things about the Uchiha.
Even the copy thing can be compensated for with a bit more training by others. Clans like the Sarutobi and Senju have no problem keeping competitive in versatility.
The normal sharingan, while helpful, can be overcome with raw stats and skill.

WTF?
Yes, the Uchiha suffered horribly during the garden wars. Hundreds of their best ninja went blind.
I could start us off:
That super manda snake Kabuto made would probably be the strongest, most powerful, most deadly, non-biju big-beast.3
Manda can survive a nuke (C0(but dies shortly thereafter)) so that makes him super durable and he is about equal to the other two major beasts.
I'd put Gamabunta as #3 and Katsuyu at #4.
Genma as #5.
Then some of Pain's summons at #6-11 with the Chameleon at #6.
Originally posted by dadudemonI'd put Gedo Mazo at #1, and in S+, if not SS-. That thing contains the chakra of 7 Bijuus, can use Dragon-shaped constructs that instantly suck out the soul of whoever it touches, can stop a hill-sized structure from crushing it, is damn fast, and can use enormous blasts of chakra.

Of the Animal Summons, Manda V2 is undoubtedly the most powerful summon seen so far, assuming it has the same abilities as Manda, but at higher levels. I'd put it in S, because while it has very impressive physical capabilities, it doesn't have ninjutsu or shit like that.
Manda is prolly a top-tier S-, or bottom-tier S. He's damn fast, capable of shedding his skin to avoid damage, and rather durable seeing as he wasn't obliterated by the explosion.
Gamabunta in S-, as he could not beat Shukaku, but is still a powerful summon with Kenjutsu, Water-Release and Oil. Katsuyu isn't much of a combat summon, but she has damn good support capabilities and impressive durability along with the ability to separate as well as avoid attacks. So S- for her as well.
Fukasaku & Shima can use Natural Chakra for Senjutsu, as well as Frog Kata. As a team, they can use an uber genjutsu, so S I guess.
Enma is hard to say. His staff form is cool, and durable enough to withstand Hashirama's trees. He has an impressive anime only feat where he pushed the Kyuubi out of Konoha by extending his staff form. I'd personally put him at A+.
Danzou's Baku doesn't have much going for it, but if it can stop Susano'o from moving with suction, that's impressive given Susano'o's speed. It can also amp Danzou's attacks. Its trunk can likely be used to blow shit away using the air it inhales.
Temari's Kamatari also has one feat, which was a powerful attack. So A for the Baku, and B+ for the Kamatari.
As far as Pain's summons go, the only ones that were decently impressive were the Multi-headed Dog that could split up, and tank Rasenshurikens & Amaterasu, and the Chameleon that could turn invisible. The rest seemed like generic huge-summons with Physical power. So Multi-headed Dog for A+, Chameleon for A, and Giant Bird for B+ as it can fly. Rest I dunno.
So, tl;dr -
Gedo Mazo: SS- or S+
Manda V2: S
Manda: S or S-
Gamabunta: S-
Katsuyu: S-
Fukasaku & Shima: S
Enma: A+
Danzou's Bak: A
Temari's Kamatari: B+
Multi-headed Dog: A+
Chameleon with Snake Tail: A
Giant Bird: B+
Oh, and Sasuke's Hawk for SSS. kruemelmonsteryn0

I thought these were non-biju?
Gedo with beasts is not non-biju.
Gedo with the beasts is the most powerful entity in all of Naruto minus the Great Sage in jinchuuriki form or the 10-tails. That is not a fair comparison.
Gedo without the beasts is very powerless, imo. I do not even think it can move without the aid of the rinnigan user who summoned it. This is my opinion, of course.
Fukasaku and shima would be waaaay down on the list, imo.
Maybe above Temari's summon. Pa can go into a sage mode, yes, and he beomes quite strong. By they seem rather useless without the help of a human summoner. Unlike Gamabunta who can fire air bullets that cause as much damage as a large non-nuke bomb. I know their feats, already, of course. Maybe I should give them more credit. They do have that super genjutsu that attacks via the ears instead of the eyes (which is more effective, imo, than any eye genjutsus because it is nearly impossible to stop your hearing but you can just close your eyes).
I placed Enma so far up there because he has that super staff and he seems to be like...top-tier in taijutsu. His reach is really really far and he he is quite strong. He was able to push back Kurama during Tobi's attempt against Konoha, indicating that Enma's strength is among the top-tier we have witnessed. Kurama is also almost indestructible in his staff form and he can move in his staff from (I did not think about how OP Enma was until I started thinking about it). He also went H2H against the first and the second for a while and held his own.
I motion to move Enma up to S on your list. I see no way Gamabunta can defeat Enma.
Ranking summons seems like a good idea.
Baku strikes me as a fairly impressive one, honestly.
None of the giant summons seem to me like they'd do all that good against an S-class ninja solo. Remember how Gamabunta really felt he was no match for Shukaku.
Also they're pretty all one-dimensional.
So I don't think they should get as high as S, and probably not even S-, aside from the likes of Gedo and the sages (who use ninjutsu after all).
Heck, it says something that we put Animal Path, who can summon multiple including the multi-head dog, at A+, and I don't think he's wrong in being listed there.

It is a non-Bijuu, as it does not use the powers of the Bijuu, but merely stores the Bijuu giving it a massive amount of chakra to rely on in all likelihood.
If you feel that it actually more powerful than anything else except the Sage of the Six Paths and the Juubi(which I'm not opposed to yet), then SS+ at least.
I don't see why you'd bring this up anyway, as I never specified that it was limited to Animal Summons, and we were likely going to rank the Gedo Mazo at some point down the road.
Gedo Mazo without the Bijuu sealed in has just one feat, that Dragon-construct attack that one-shots Hanzo's forces.
Senjutsu puts them at least in A+ IMO, and their own attacks, like Shima's tongue detector, are pretty good, and especially that genjutsu of theirs. Since it is a collaboration jutsu, I suppose A+ would be alright, even though I think Fukasaku should at least be higher since he has a few centuries worth of experience with Natural Energy.
Fukasaku can toss Gamabunta as well apparently, so that's a damn high level of strength.
Enma turns into that Adamantine staff. While he is durable, he's also pretty useless without someone using him. And that feat of his where he extends and pushes the Kyuubi out of Konoha was really impressive, but it was anime-only. He's a top-tier in Taijutsu, but I still wouldn't put him in S. S- prolly.

Yeah, it was pretty impressive. Too bad it's got only one appearance.
Prolly not. But Manda V2 is a lot bigger than the Bijuu, is very fast, and very strong. I think that would merit an S rank, even if all we've seen so far are its physical stats.
Manda is one dimensional, and while Gamabunta has more versatility, it was clear he cannot compete with Manda. Katsuyu has awesome support capabilities, and ridiculous durability if she can save people from Pain's Shinra Tensei and can survive his CT. Up to you where you want to place them. S- might be too high I guess but they are boss summons.
Multi-headed dog is pretty uber though. Tanking Rasenshuriken is no small feat.
