There's also Itachi who became a Chuunin at 10, and Kakashi, who became one at 6. Obito is another one I think.
IMO, Naruto wasn't yet Chuunin level at that point, despite having Kage level chakra reserves due to the Kyuubi.

It was 'younger than Naruto (so, 12), but stronger than Kakashi'.

Kimimaro might've counted, but not Obito or of course Kakashi himself. Itachi, maybe.

It was not as "mind ****y" as I thought it would be. Also, Orochimaru doesn't seem that bad. Sure, his medical morals were SHIT! But he just seems like a person that is genuinely interested in mastering all jutsus.

Also, Orochimaru is virtually un-killable. We now have Kabuto with that ability, as well. This is ridiculous.

You know the more we find out about Danzou the less morally ambiguous he is and the more he seems to be a straight up villain.

It doesn't make him seem any more villainous to me. Just completely stupid.

Danzo: Yeah we need you to come out of the orphanage and work for us again. Do it or else....

No wonder Root sucked. Danzo kept killing anyone that was good.

He was really off the mark with his 'I'm the only one worthy of being Hokage!' bullshit.

Kabuto's pretty hard-core dedicated to finding out who he is.

What's next? We're going to follow Kabuto after he pumped Orochimaru into his veins? How he got the others' DNA and what he did to become a sage? Get back to the battle already!

Not to mention that was a relatively boring fight anyway. Izanami is just gonna do some crazy shit anyway so I'm not looking forward to it.

But we know specifically that neither of these two are emotionless. Perhaps that's why.

Perhaps they should have said that in the chapter.

I actually liked this chapter. For the first time I'm actually sympathetic towards Kabuto now I know he was seriously screwed over from the start. Seriously, **** Danzo.

Man, Orochimaru is, by far, the best villain in this series. He's got so much swag. He's the Magneto of Naruto.

I still prefer Tobi but eh.

Orochimaru is pretty awesome. As is Kabuto. I'm finally able to say I like the kid now. It's been a long time coming. He was cool in Part 1, was kind of boring in part 2, but now it's being made up for. ^_^

Too bad Itachi is going to screw everything up...sigh.

I think I'm the only one that still thinks Kabuto is lame at this point but oh well. At least we finally have a better understanding of why he's trying to be like/better than Orochimaru now.

But it's either Itachi use a Deus Ex Machina or we have to see Madara shit-stomp the Kages.

By the way, any of you guys follow the anime? I decided to look up some of the fights that I would look cool animated, like Gai vs. Kisame on the turtle island. Maaaaan, the anime sucks dick. The animation is dull and uninspired, the music sucks and the filler scenes are horrible, even during the fights.

The anime really fell off... sad, considering that that was what drew me into naruto in thr first place.

Edit- Madara is so droll, I feel nothing towards him. He has no personality, no quirks. He's just like, a malevolant "thing", not a person. Like a robot.

....You have to be talking about Tobi, not Madara. The latter has tons of personality due to that whole wanting to bone Hashirama so bad he can't stand it thing.

I still refer to Tobi as Madara. I'll do so out of habit until we finally find out who he is.
