I find myself into Bleach more than Naruto, but that's because I am very confused by Naruto and all of the family trees, bloodlines, jutsus, element combinations, etc. I find Bleach more interesting because it's easier to follow. Can someone please message me so I can ask questions to clarify most of Naruto? :/

Indeed...if there is one area where One Piece and Bleach easily outshine Naruto, it would definitely be with the female characters. And I like Sakura. :T
Eh, Bleach female characters get captured and spend an arc waiting to be rescued... a lot. In terms of fights they've had, there's Yoruichi's two, Soi Fon's fight against Barrigan, and Orihime's only good fight was flat-out before Soul Society. Most of which are brief or unimportant. Rukia's the only character with a handful, including one against a relatively significant foe.
OP, while it has two consistently fairly well portrayed female characters, also tends to give Nami fairly unimpressive foes and Nico's barely had any fights. I don't think it's too impressive in the area either.
Naruto has had female characters perform well against major villains (Sakura and Chiyo against Sasori. Tsunade against Orochimaru and Madara), and even saving male characters (Temari against Tayuya, Ino saving Choji, Kushina bailing Naruto out against Kurama).
Naruto's got quite a number more female characters than either and between them, the most good fights. People might complain about the female characters not getting enough page time, and I won't disagree, but they definitely do get the most action scenes.
Really though, it's Fairy Tail and Negima that own all in this category, blowing away any of them.
Well at least the two females that fight in Bleach are awesome enough to overshadow the rescue arcs of two females. On top of that it was a dude that had to be rescued this time if that means anything.
Well at least Nami and Robin have actual significance in their series. Naruto's female lead along with Bleach's tend to be just there for the most part.
Agreed but I'd like the Naruto females more if the didn't spend the previous chapters being lame. Oh and Kurenai's sole purpose for existing to be used as an accesoty to Asuma's character development is not a good look for Kishi. That and the strongest female in the series not being given any feats whatsoever.
So I can look forwad to female characters in FT fighting other than Erza pwning fodder and Lucy's bewbs. The female Negima cast is bigger than the male cast and more fleshed out than the ones in the HST, unless you were talking about the characters than could actually fight in your comparison; even then they all still have valuable skills so I still agree 🙂

I see what you did there. lol. Not saying his is better, more like even. Which is why I think Jiraiya's SM makes Jiraiya>Oro
You still wouldn't be correct saying Jiraiya = Oro in their base modes. 313

It won't be the lack of knowledge that overwhelms him, it will be the speed and strength difference in SM. Not to mention mention the genjutsu that everyone on these boards seems to think so highly of will put Oro at a disadvantage.
I don't doubt that Jiraiya will be cut during the battle. Oro not a pushover, but a beheading is pushing it imo.
The ET tech is iffy. We don't know how many people Oro had on call. Kabuto had to search for those people himself as I recall. Oro only had the two kages, and they were sealed.
It's kinda odd that Oro wouldn't feel the need to kill Jiraiya and yet felt the need to kill naruto. lol As dangerous as Naruto did become, Jiraiya was a much more immediate threat to Oro.
Also how does a giant snake destroy the esophagus? Jiraiya claimed that the only thing that has escaped this tech was the black flames which Oro doesn't have.
It is an uber genjutsu that would end Orochimaru's chance of winning the fight, but it has a stupid start-up time. The toads will be extremely vulnerable during that time, and Jiraiya will have to either focus on completely avoiding Orochimaru which will be difficult, or he'll have to focus on protecting the toads, which would mean he'd be wide open.
In addition, Orochimaru could technically avoid the technique, by burrowing into the ground.
Kabuto had to search for some of those ninjas. Orochimaru can too. But that's besides the point. Orochimaru perfected the technique, and probably had a lot more people to summon. The only reason he used those two Kages was because he wanted to hurt Hiruzen psychologically.
Jiraiya's neck is not noted to be more durable or different in comparison to any other part of his body. If the rest of his body can be cut, his neck can be cut too.
Same way creating a lot of clones inside a snake busts the snake.
Then it's either a no limit fallacy, or Jiraiya hasn't used it against a variety of strong things.

It is impressive, but in all honesty, what has he done that hasn't been over the top?
Nearly everything he's done has been awesome. Making 25 clones and having them use Susano'o against the Kages was lulzy though.

Ask them here.
To be honest, Naruto's lore is more interesting IMO.

Not really. For comparisons sake, Sango of Kekkaishi is a major character and I often find myself forgetting about him. Because he is boring. O:

Or Sakura. I honestly can't remember what she's doing at the moment.
This is a valid question, has Sasuke really appeared much more than Sakura or is it just my imagination?
Course Naruto's lore is more interesting. It's more relevant lol.
Though with the Quincy threat and some obvious backstory, I can see that changing.

He has. He is basically the 2nd protagonist after all.

That, and just better handled.
Possibly.
We call that deuteragonist. uhuh

Yes. Erza does the bulk of the fighting of the female characters, of course, but she is not the only badass female character around. And her fights aren't just against fodder- if they're fighting a team of enemies, odds are good she'll take on the strongest while Natsu'll take on someone else.

And, y'know, Eva ^^

I just started FT and saw Erza pwning fodder. I just put two and two together.
Around the Phantom arc is when you'll start see her being more active. The writer realized how popular she is, so Erza gets plenty of fights throughout the series.
Eva is excluded for being on par with Rakan and making every female in the HST look bad.
