Although if he isn't Obito then how and why is he dropping these hints? Why would he know that Kakashi visits Obito's grave all the time and why would he be trying to mislead Kakashi's thinking?

How he would know that I can't be sure. Why is pretty obvious, if indeed he is not Obitio: to screw with him.

I see the reasoning behind the chapter now. It had been a while since Tobi's powers were briefly explained and if you pay attention, Tobi has been doing some deliberate misleading with his powers if they work this way.

Yeah, if he can send certain parts of his body into the other dimension, then why is he always phasing his whole body and having his own atttacks go through?

To make them think otherwise, hence why it's such a big deal that Kakashi is calling bull crap on him.

meh...well at least this confirms that Kishi can really do "everything" better than Kubo.

though this has nothing to do with the power explanation, I find it weird how Kurama is being nice and stuff now.

Either Tobi is Obito, or Tobi is Tiger Mizuki who stole Obito's eye.

I am hoping for the latter.

It seems like Kakashi's Rasengan and Tobi's are connected.
At least, that's what I understood in the latest chapter.

My 1st prediction seems to be more plausible now.
Since Tobi can't possibly be Shisui, the only person I can think of with a direct connection with Kakashi's Kamui is Obito.

Why do they keep using the word dimension, it's a universe. A universe is spanned by a vector basis. If you have three-dimensional space and time, then that's a total of four dimensions.

Anyway since Tobi has Obito's eye, and knows Kakashi's ideals it's safe to say that's he's Obito after all.

tobi's a grave robber of obito's eye (and maybe left over flesh), we already saw him do it with nagato.

That sounds a hell of a lot better than him being Obito. Well at least we can say Sakura is more perceptive than Tsunade 😛

But it alsk begs the question as to why tobi doesn't/can't remote warp as kakashi can? He seemingly has all the things you need to use a sharingan properly

Shisui's eye seems to be the only one that has the same tech in both eyes. Tobi's eye is for transportation and defense while Kakashi's is more offensive. Itachi's and Sasuke's eyes were also divided into the genjutsu eye and the ninjutsu eye.
