Prolly this. His face looks too old for it to be Obito. But the only side we have seen is the crushed side. So it is possible that it is all wrinkly like that due to scarring from the rocks.
Who knows.
But it seems likely that he took the eye rather than it being Obito. And Kakashi cannot continue to spam that Kamui shit....he's about at his limit, imo. Even if we assume Kakashi has grown in chakra stores since the last time, he should be about finished.
But why would he value and keep Obito's eye for so long? He had hundreds of pairs of eyes in his laboratory. It's not like Obito was a legend like Madara or Shisui, or that only certain eyes might unlock certain abilities.
And how did he know Kakashi's behavior and methods? There's no other candidate at this point.

Well, do we know that? Perhaps powers run in family lines.
That is to say, Itachi and Sasuke both unlocked nigh-identical abilities, and they're brothers. Maybe Tobi knew Obito's mother or grandmother or something had space-time eyes.

it only seems natural that Kakashi could spam Kamui. it get's easier with practice. Sasuke went from barely being able to make fire come from his mouth to gigantic fireballs with ease. Besides, it's not like Kamui is on the level of Tobi's intangibility.

Well Obito's eyes seem to be really powerful given what they can do. It makes sense that he'd hang on the the eye that can make him intangible whenever he wants.
I like the one with Kyuubi.

That's easy to answer: being able to go toe-to-toe with Minato in speed easily demonstrates the advantage of using that eye. Minato can decimate an entire ninja platoon in a second or two.
That's not the only advantage: it also allows him to port his body anywhere in the world, apparently. Of all the abilities it is one of the most broken.

It is likely that he knows sharingans so well that he can figure out their abilities and advantages. So he probably did some testing with the eyes he has recovered. When he found out about the phasing ability, he got a massive erection for Obito's eyes. Shisui's eyes are definitely awesome....but they are very limited in what they can do due to the cool down thing.

How did he know how to strike Konoha and get passed the "shield"? How did he know how to take advantage of the weakened seal on Kushina to capture he Kyubi? How did he know Naruto would definitely plunge back into the war despite the obvious logic in keeping him out? etc etc etc
He can read people. It's not even intuition: it's obvious.
However, it could still be Obito. Just saying that he could have stolen the eye, as well.
Fun fact: When trying to figure out how Zetsu recorded things, I came up with this idea that he had a Sharingan on him somewhere and whenever Tobi wanted to see what he recorded, he'd pop out his left eye Sharingan and put in the new Sharingan.
Would be nifty. But then I remembered that cameras do indeed exist in this universe.
