I don't think Kakashi did that. If anything, he saved the HQ and we only think they are destroyed. Aura is gonna be mad next chap if that is true. Maybe Kakashi teleported it right next to HQ to make them think they blew up HQ?
Mangastream has the best, imo. Best scantalation quality and translations. But they take an entire day longer...but I often read the chapters a second time on mangastream to get a more delicious translation and scan.
He couldn't do it before (or at least, has never shown the ability).
It's just another part of the "conclusion of the series asspulls" that have been going on lately.
Though, to be fair, one could argue that if Kakashi can warp something into the other dimension, and then warp it back, having it warp back somewhere else isn't too much of a stretch.

He was obviously trying Kamui...maybe he parted it at the very very beginning to be ever so slightly off?
Uh guys, the kamui was just in case they fired the bijuu bomb down. He couldn't make it in time so he had the other guy trip the Juubi up. It's not connected to the bijuu bomb at the end. Or at least it doesn't seem to be.
But if it Kakashi did cause the attack to miss and the next chapter we see all of them hunky dory then **** Kakashi.

look at the blast differences. iirc are those craters from bijuu bombs? hard to remember cause there has been so many.
anyway, you can see that scar from the first beam from the juubi, and you can see the super one from the 9 and 8 tails where the juubi is.......... but look at the order of magnitude between even that and the new one
I thought the crater that the Ten-Tails is in was made by the Ten-Tails itself, here.
