But does Minato even know that Tobi is Obito? I mean I would assume he would considering he's Minato and that's about the only significant piece of info he could've given at this time.
So now that Sasuke is on the road to redemption, will his Susanoo still give off the "cold" chakra feeling Karin keeps talking about?

Mū, Onoki & Trollkage in the second tier.
Minato & 3rd Raikage in the third tier.
Danzou (with Sharingan & Mokuton), Gaara & Yagura in the fourth tier.
A, 4th Kazekage/Gaaradad, Mei, & Tsunade in the fifth tier.
Mifune in the rock-bottom tier. vin
Hiruzen and Tobirama are wildcards at this point, but both may end up in the second or third tier. Tobirama will probably be in the second tier, given how Minato has his S/T techs.

Hiruzen (old)
With Tobirama and 2nd Raikage being two with 'insufficient info,' but I'm guessing Tobirama is around/a bit below Onoki.
And Hiruzen, I like him, but without suicide-attacks he's just not got the chakra to keep up any more.
