Also this explains a certain action of Kishi's from last chapter. Neat.

Well when folks like Hashirama and Madara are able to handle biju like Pokemon cards, I can kind of understand why other villages would want to pay them back.

Also is it just me or is Kakashi's chidori a terrible choice of jutsu to defend your friends with.

Spoiler:
You know I just realized a good deal of the problems with these martyrs is that they have to die by their loved ones. If Itachi had just up and died in a fight against Pain or Tobi instead of going out of his way to make sure Sasuke did the deed then Sasuke might have never left Konoha. Likewise if Rin just outright killed herself then Kakashi wouldn't have his immense guilt complex and Obito might not have been so quick to abandon the village.

Also is it me or does the one most interested in killing Naruto seem like the Juubi itself? And what was up with the picture of all those Jinchuriki behind Naruto? And how did he get Shukaku's chakra?

No, it's not just you.

interesting. it seems like the Jubbi is much more capable, at least intellectually, than we thought. the fact that it puts its hands together like it was doing a jutsu... kinda unsettling though.

it should be able to utilize natural energies

Good point. If it has a sentient soul of sorts, its memories should be coming back since control was lost by Tobi/Madara.

not just that, it's said to be a sort of spirit of the earth itself

just noticed something huge after re-reading the other translations.

the jubi bulked up cause it got pissed off that naruto withstood that huge display of weather powers and it SAW sage like qualities in him.
it was legit effected by naruto's defiance, and dare i say haki

only the sage was able to incite such a response from this powerful being, so naruto made it relive that experience

those visions are from the juubi's point of view

If the Bijuu see the Sage of the Six Paths in Naruto, it stands to reason the Ten-Tails would as well.

that latest anime ep. is super fanservice-y.

Hinata droolio

Wow, so Rin kills herself.

"Hey, Vincent, don't you see? That shit don't matter. You're judging this shit the wrong way. I mean, it could be that God stopped the bullets, or He changed Coke to Pepsi, He found my fvcking car keys. You don't judge shit like this based on merit. Now, whether or not what we experienced was an "according to Hoyle" miracle is insignificant. What is significant is that I felt the touch of God. God got involved."

I've seen some people point out what arguably can be considered a plot hole- Kakashi should've sent a message ahead and had Minato & Kushina waiting.

Because Kushina can restrain a biju, and if things go well then bam, you've gotten a second jinchuuriki.

(Though it might've been the case that Rin wasn't really compatible, and she knew she'd have to die anyway, so wanted to do it in the lowest-risk way)

Pretty hard to send a message ahead when people are surrounding you. And we don't exactly know when Kakashi's Ninken could start talking.

do we even know that Kakashi had his contract back then?

I'd be surprised if he didn't have it before Chidori. It's one of the only definitely non-sharingan moves, and he could've handled it even with his low chakra amount back then.

He could have also sent a lightning clone....he should have been able to do that, at least.

With his chakra reserves when that young? And when he's also fighting? It's a very chakra-intensive technique.

I'd think that'd have gotten him killed, and probably the clone running out of chakra before arriving too.

Half of 100 is 50.

Half of 50 is 25.

Makes no difference. It doesn't pull a specific amount of chakra, it splits it evenly.

Naruto gets away with it because you need a bare minimum for basic biological functions. Since he has sooooo much, he can create tons and tons and tons of clones and still maintain just enough across each one to be above his own individual needs to just function, biologically.

I 've seen Naruto manga, it's quite good, sorta on that...action type kinda side...but Sasuke
