Suigetsu cracked me up in this chapter. He feels the same way about those slugs as i do.

The exchange between Oro, Suigetsu and Karin was also funny. Buncha weirdos working together.

Honestly, Suigetsu is probably the most normal of the bunch. Sure, he's a bit blood thirsty but he's pretty dang normal by even our real-human standards, not just "village of the mist" standards.

Sasuke seems to be acting like Madara, talking about creating a new... world?

Doubt he wants to genjutsu the whole world though. But yeah, that might be why he doesn't want the Bijuu as well.

And Suigetsu is as awesome as ever.

Aww c'mon not this fake-smiling shit again. But Suigetsu and Karin's interactions made up for the chapter. Also this is one of the few times we actually get to see old Tsunade.

Also I wonder if Katsuya just split herself in two and let Sakura take one of her larger clones.

if only more so than usual. still didn't show her entire face when she's aged either. oh well. and to think Orochimaru was acting like that... he really has changed.

that would make sense, but if that it the case, considering how well the big one is doing, I wonder what would happen if all the pieces were whole again.

The part of Katsuya is as big as a full-sized summon.

I wonder if Katsuya's size is determined by the amount of chakra the summoner puts in and you could have a couple full-sized Katsuyas at once.

Even Orochimaru thinks she's best summon.

I think there's just one gigantic slug back at the bone forest place, and that she splits herself every time she is summoned.

The biggest one was likely smaller than the regular size. After all, she had split herself multiple times.

At the very least, 2 'full-sized' Katsuyu's can exist. Means that the true Katsuyu must be massive.

He was just trolling Katsuyu when he told her she could kill him. excellent

I think we can all agree the best part of this chapter was Orochimaru's big lipped alligator moment.

where'd you get that?

He complimented her temperament compared to Manda's.

Nice to see a chapter be important and get the story flowing.

Technically that would make her the best summon, out of the three at least. Both Manda & Gamabunta are stuck-up.

That's a weird definition of the word technically.

Anyhow, Oro never used the word "best", but okay, "best" in terms of what? She's more congenial than the other two, but it's not like the Manda and Gama's attitude have been detrimental in the battlefield.

Manda requires a hundred people be sacrificed for him. That is pretty detrimental since 100 people are annoying to get.

Gamabunta is generally helpful though once he respects ya. If not you can piss off though.

Shut up. uhuh

He didn't. I also don't know what Q99 was referring to. Could be Katsuyu's disposition towards people. Could be her power.

As far as attitude towards Orochimaru goes, Katsuyu undoubtedly has the best one as she was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Manda dislikes Orochimaru and would eat him had he gotten the chance, while Gamabunta only lends his strength to certain people, of which Orochimaru is obviously not one.

😂

chapter was proof that neji is deemed by kishi as the least relevant character in the manga; totally expendable.

How do we know its not the same for Katsuyu? Technically she didn't help or take orders from Oro, merely let him assist in healing Tsunade.

The entire Hyugga clan actually. In Part 1 they were the other honorable and powerful clan and they were rumors that the Byakugan was the predecessor or something to the Sharingan.

Then in part two Kishi was like fvck that I'll jsut make the Senju to replace them. Basically the only reason why we have a Hyuuga character in here is for a love interest for Naruto.

Main issue with the Hyuuga's is that they're so traditional they they're not adapting. All of their techs and tricks are based on their eyes and fighting style, so much that I can't even remember seeing one use any other kind of Jutsu.

Same to be said for Ino-Shika-Cho really.
