Wouldn't mind seeing Kakashi die. Not really because I dislike him but because we need to seriously ramp up the stakes here. The villains are getting wailed on and Madara hasn't saw fit to help.

can't recall a character dying, getting resurrected and then killed again. Once a character has a brush with death that doesn't take, he or she is safe.

Then again, i haven't read EVERY story in existence.

This isn't Game of Thrones. It is extremely unlikely that Kakashi is dead if you consider that he was already brought back alive.

Dragon Ball Z had Goku die, get brought back, disappear, come back, die again, and finally come back after a lot of insistence.

DBZ isn't Shakespeare of course but it is an okay series lol.
