Actually that's a good point. Once Kakashi escapes the Kamui world he could just Kamui Madara into the other dimension. Problem solved...well still the Juubi but they're handling it. And while Obito's Kamui is broken it's one weakness does force his opponents and himself to be creative.

I was Tobi back when Tobi still had the mask on and was assumed to be Madara. So it no longer applies. uhuh You can still be Sasuke though. I enjoy watching your interactions with women. excellent

His reasons for killing people or otherwise are IMO far more despicable than him actually killing people or sanctioning it. As far as he's concerned, every human's life is worthless, since they will be 'revived' in his dream-world.

I dunno about Madara given that he is pretty damn fast and has Wood clones and stuff, but he could solve the Ten-Tails problem as well. Seriously, Naruto would just have to lend enough chakra for Kakashi to Kamui its ass or head to the other dimension. It is already immobilized.

Or it's probably both. Since he sees reality and human life as worthless/pointless, every death is irrelevant since he can 'undo' it.
