I don't know what'll happen with the Shinju but Madara is surrounded by tons of strong ninja and the revived Bijuu. Mind you I guess Obito isn't dead. He still has his little MS so he might continue trying to mess with the good guys.

And yeah I thought that was cool lol.

He intends to steal Hashirama's Sage Mode or something like that. Maybe he'll go directly after the Shinju now and try to control it with Sage Mode.
Speaking of Obito, if he doesn't get ganked by Madara, and ends up going to Konoha, I wonder how they will imprison a dude who can walk through anything, without doing something lame like taking his broken eyes.

it was indeed kinda creepy. then again, his mind/soul/whatever that was supposed to be was screwing with him good. at least he didn't give in to Naruto's words or anything; if he actually had accepted Naruto's hand and joined the good guys, it would have been a major ass pull. so him being a villain and all is awesome still.

So, Obito didn't actually accept the offer, but Naruto hit close enough to home to depower him even with a refusal. Sorta a win/win there.

Actually you know what would have been neato? As they're pulling out the bijuu Obito suddenly regains his strength and pulls off the genjutsu...

Only for it to be an illusion by Sasuke to break his concentration for a moment so the Alliance could free them.

Most people read the HST out of nostalgia. There are way better anime and manga out there.

I liked it. It made sense for Kakashi and Minato to talk to Obito.
