I just don't get how a guy who has never been able to use susano and relatively low levels of chakra could all of a sudden bring up a susano that looks to be on par with Sasuke who has had years of practice with the Sharingan and has recently been amped with high levels of chakra.

With this BS, I should expect to see Rock Lee whipping out ninjutsu like nobody's business soon.

I would be okay with this...

Also, I hope after this battle/war, we get another arc where Naruto must obtain Jonin rank and Rock Lee does, as well. Naruto ends up having to use CIS to prevent him from killing the other candidates and that results in him holding back so much that he almost loses the fights (we could pretend he gets a chakra limiter put on him that prevents him from opening the flood gates, or something).
