Okay, then yeah I agree. He was taking things a bit more seriously once he trolled Obito though.

Obito ruined this manga since the revelation that he was not Madara. Yes or no?

It was hinted at that he wasn't really Madara. Then we got to see the real Madara in action in all of his trolling glory, and Tobi had IMO one of the best moments of the manga. So it's definitely a no IMO.

But Tobi being Obito was a poor decision because that's when Tobi the villain ceased to exist (who was one of the better antagonists in the manga), and Obito became the focus with his role as a foil to Naruto. But I guess Kishi kinda redeemed the decision since I like Obito as a good guy. (Tobi is a good boy).

I dunno when the manga was ruined, but this current arc with Kaguya as the main villain is a downright snooze-fest.

Obito didn't ruin the manga since his reveal. He only turned lame as hell after he was demasked and became incredibly whiny, insane and ranted constantly about his issues.

So since his reveal basically lol.

Madara is a better character and a better villain than Obito, whose pathos is incredibly shitty considering the context of what series this is, but I agree that Madara's fights were also boring. Almost Aizen-esque in their stu'ery.

Once Tobi was revealed to be Obito and we got to see his whiny and nonsensical reasons for being a bad guy, Madara taking the reins as the big bad was a god-send since he's immune to talk no jutsu. If Naruto and Sasuke had just ****ing killed him in a climactic final battle, the series would have ended on a good note I think.

I'm not sure Madara's pathos is much better tbh. Sure Obito is doing it for a girl but at least we can see why Obito cared so much about her. Madara's brother is criminally underutilized despite him being the most important person from Madara's life.

Yeah, Madara's motivations were basically nonsensical imo. At least Obito made sense, though he was more irritating bout it.

Nah. He was at his most interesting between the time Madara was revealed and his identity was revealed. That fight with Naruto, Bee etc was ****ing great and he was cool as phuck. I loved his trolling about his identity.

Madara's motivation was that he's a psychopath and doing evil things is what he does best.

And that's pretty much why he's a superior big-bad.

That's not true though.

Did you even read the manga? Dumbass ******.

Prove it's not true nerd.

Ultimately both suck and neither deserved to be the big bad. Not that the third option was any better, but Kishi must've realized how underwhelming they both were.

Well, yeah. Tobirama should have been the big bad. 👆

But wish listing just makes the pain greater.

Is that how the hicks in Walmart say nerd?

Why Tobirama lol?

He's basically fueled by the power of disdain.

Indeed. The creator on Ninjutsu appears before him and all he can say is "hurry the **** up, I got shit to do(he doesn't)."

I can't even remember the horseshit he touted out to justify Infinite Tsukoyomi. Wasn't it basically just Pain-style "People can never achieve peace and understand each other!" ;_;

I could go into a big spiel on how Obito is teh best character evar if you guys want. It would totally be tl;dr material though.

I thought you'd gotten pretty tired of him since his reveal. You loved Tobi, not Obito.
