To give an actual answer to this retarded, kindergarten level post I'll explain my reasoning.

Part I was amazing. I constantly get myself rereading and rewatching. The side characters are great and I have attachments to a lot of them.

Part II was supposed to expand on that while raising the stakes plot wise. It started off okay but I kept waiting to be amazed like I was in part one. It never happened. There were bits and pieces that were pretty damn good that made me keep reading, until it got outnumbered significantly by trash.

Shippuden was decent all the way up to the war and I'll say serviceable up to Madara's fights. But the end of this somewhat historic manga was so bad that it ruined everything about part II. Literally everything. Nothing these past few months was enjoyable. The prior parts part II weren't amazing, but it was worth a read. Now that I'm at the end I'm going to obviously ****ing finish it.

this though... u definitely sound mad. 😂

how many all-caps letters have you written to Kishi?

Why do you equate "judging something to be bad" with hate, though?

Hatred is an emotional investment, which requires effort. Pointing out that something is ass by X metric is effortless.

Naruto from about the Pein arc onward became a pretty poorly written story. That doesn't mean that it wasn't entertaining or not worth the 5 minute reservation of time it took to read a chapter every week.

Naruto was pretty naff from before Pein imo.

how can enjoy something you think is bad?

i think screaming heavy metal music is terrible and i do don't enjoy it, and i don't willingly listen to it. I don't understand how you can be entertained by something you think is awful... unless of course you're a masochist.

if you're entertained by something, giving it a grade of D or F does not compute; those are unsatisfactory grades.

I like this place and it often has a lot of stupid things but that was one of the stupidest things I have ever read here. So yeah, that's a little infuriating losing a bit of brain cells.

Oh you can do better than that. That was line was used since like 2006.

I was waiting for a hopeful reclamation from Kishi which never happened. Therefore a bad grade.

yeah, that's weird.

I can only semi-relate to that with one personal experience. I read all the Twilight books even though i thought the 1st book was terribly written. I kept reading 'cause even though the writing was awful, i enjoyed the world the book was set in... i don't understand continuing to do something just because you're in too deep.

for instance, i just recently stopped watching "The Vampire Diaries" because i realized that i hate more about it than i liked. I stopped even though i invested 5+ years into it.

If you hate Naruto and kept reading/watching it, you may have some strong obsessive or masochistic traits.

There a very few things he likes about it, but as a whole, he hates it. He saves them for rainy days, though, so it's not like he's "obsessive". Hell, he left it running for an entire episode while he clicked away to show me some of his older art pieces, which I thought was hilarious. I pointed this out to him, and he simply responded, "Haha, yeah. It just makes noise. That's all I really expect of it anymore. haermm"

As for me, I actually enjoy Naruto... or, rather, what it used to be. I lost any real love I had for it when it became all about servicing forumtards who got tired of losing debates to DBZ in an ironic attempt to half-ass imitate them.

i liked the Pein arc, except the ending where it was all undone. like wtf?!

The only thing that arc accomplished was that people stopped treating Naruto like a leper.

tbh I can't even remember the stuff that led up to the Pein fight or occurred immediately after it.

I guess a better measurement would be, I think Sasuke versus Deidera was when the story plateaued, then began to go downhill.

Sasuke irritated me from the moment he killed Orochimaru, but I was still interested in seeing what would happen to him.

Probably the exact same way you do.

In my defense, I found Naruto part 2 to be mildly above average so I didn't think it was that bad. 🙁

i don't tho.

I do like metal, but no hate. You're entitled to that, but please tell me you at least have better reasoning than the typical superficial as who makes excuses like "I can't understand it (and won't bother to search lyrics)" or "they don't sing enough."

I mean no disrespect, but I feel this is fair to ask in return to your question.

You either don't watch generic action flicks or your standard for bad movies if turrible, then.

I was the only D-giver I saw here.

To be honest though reading Naruto weekly isn't something that requires a huge amount of time or effort, and unlike your heavy metal comparison the people who kept reading Naruto despite thinking it's bad once really liked it, and as such they would want to continue the story.

I don't really sympathize, but I get it.

Maaaaaaaan, I used to love metal of all kinds (nu metal, grindcore, avant-garde metal, alternative metal, black metal, dark metal, death metal, doom metal, etc.)

I recently listened to Static X with my wife on a road trip. After 3 songs, I couldn't stand it anymore. I remember listening to that shit in my car all the time, 10+ years ago. For some reason, I don't really like metal anymore. Pretty much no metal sounds good to me exception the orchestral/avant-garde metal.

i actually like the music (the instrumentals, etc.), but i hate the vocals, the guttural growling; it's not appealing, and it's not an excuse, it's simply a preference.

There are some songs performed by Korean and Japanese bands that i love despite not understanding the language, so it's not simply about not being able to understand them, it's about the yelling/growling being sonically unpleasant.

There are plenty of metal bands i enjoy tho.

i love action movies, and if i think they're not enjoyable, i call them bad.

Terrible writing (which a lot of action movies have) does not in it's self make something bad, if there are other elements that i enjoy then i don't call it a bad movie... it's an enjoyable movie with terrible writing, like the Transformers movies.

Listen to this (the whole thing) and tell me what you think. It has the growly stuff in it but it is not like other metal growl stuff. 🙂

Got it. That's all I wanted to know.

I, myself, actually like harsh vocals when properly executed. Just like with singing (or any musical performance art really), some sound great, some don't.
