We'll see. Naruto's angry this time because of what happened to the village and is being completely serious. But his actual personality hasn't changed so that title still fits.
That being said this is Naruto he can't go out by getting all his chakra drained. He's gotta have some more tricks up his sleeve. I mean just loosing like that would be a very anti-climatic ending.

I find sasuke vs. gaara one of Sasuke's highest points in the manga, shows he does care about his friends.
