I know but Ma Toad would have to come to her senses to summon it. IMO The village saving Naruto now would be awesome. Would beat Sasuke showing up to save him. And Naruto can only rely on SM for 5 minutes. Not a long time. Kyuubi coming out would ruin what Naruto has become also. And the fact he kept it in check so far I don't really want it to emerge. Its shown Naruto's control over his emotions and how he has matured. That or SM keeps it down and thats why his anger didn't trigger it and now that SM is out, chakra is messed with by the rods, and his life is in danger Kyuubi is aching to release stronger than ever. But I like the idea of control over Kyuubi and his emotions better than SM keeping restrained though it would keep the whole Kyuubi SM thing from happening which would overpower Naruto to much.

I'm sure Rain has plenty of bodies to offer that would be easier to get to. lol Konoha still has some resistance left. And for all Peins power he still can't repel a shadow. Inoichi and Shikaku would also be good leaders with Hinata, Ino, random Hyuuga, Shikamaru, Aburame clan, and Kiba. He controls the bodies like a puppet master, but not with chakra communication channels like a regular puppet master. This prevents people like a Hyuga from detecting the chakra line origin. And he is controlling, like a puppet master, some sort of mech chair thingy. Think professors X's chair (Xaviar) on steroids.
