Wasn't Sasuke said to have an affinity for lighting?

yes, and chidory/raikiri was created by kakashi with sasuke being his only pupil for that technique.

I thought all Uchihas were fire elements... they use mostly katon jutsus. Sasuke learned tons of fire jutsu before he ever learned chidori.

I could have sworn it's mentioned that Sasuke's main affinity is lightning. He came from a clan that was mostly fire affinity so of course he'd learn fire first. It's not like a person can't learn two elements. But I can't find where it's said at all which he is, except Naruto saying Sasuke is both, and then Naruto and Yamato talking about how Naruto can't beat his fire attacks if they are the same strength but he'll be able to beat the chidori attacks.

The wiki page says he has two affinities. I didn't think that was possible outside of kekkai genkais or rinnegan.

It's wiki so it should be taken in doubt. Naruto does say Sasuke has an affinity to both, but Naruto didn't really understand the whole thing anyway. Not that he's corrected but...

So is it possible to have two affinities (outside of kekkai genkai, rinnegan, biju etc. just natural) in your opinion?

Yes.

When Naruto was talking to Kakashi about it, when training for his rasenshuriken, Kakashi said that some Jounin are able to master two affinities. This was when they discovered that Naruto's was wind natured.

This means that there's a shit load of Jounin out there with two chakra natures, just like Sasuke.

i remember during Naruto's wind training, Kakashi and Yamato said that most Jounins can use at least two elements proficiently, but it takes a kekkai genkai in order to "fuse" them to make a new element

wind+water=ice
earth+water=wood

Every Jounin has the ability to use two chakra elements...it's a requirement for the position as Kakashi said. But being able to use one isn't the same as it being your natural element. Which is why Kakashi's affinity is lightning.

You don't have to know two elements to become a jounin. Kakashi only said most Jounin can use two not that you can't become one with out being able to use two elements. Neji likely is able to use one and I would guess his affinity is wind.

No Kakashi says a minimum of two elements is required to become Jounin.
