Lee shall be the one who overcomes such barriers and be the one and only no ninjutsu Hokage. It's not going to be Naruto who becomes Hokage next it's Lee to prove hard work reigns over anything else.

dude overcame his "handicap" through hard work. (only to get his shtick copied by mah phukin sasuke)

His personality. His fights are among the best but as a character I can't stand Lee or Gai.

Is there an explanation for why Lee can't use jutsu? Or is that just how it is?

Wasn't it said that he is just incapable of channeling or controlling his chakra? Course I could be wrong but. I believe it's said in a flashback when Gai first sees him anyway but I'm not entirely sure whats said.

I know he's incapable but I was wondering if he has like a genetic problem or something...

he has zero talent for chackra control.

he can't mold it to perform ninjutsu or genjutsu.

So is he just untalented or does he have a legit disability?
