calligraphy is a do (or way) that even to this day japanese kids have to be skilled in. there is also flower arranging and tea ceremony ways among others.

preparing ramen should be a useful skill if you need to feed your teammates on long missions away from home.

I am still peeved by Madara's conversation in this chapter.

Madara: Naruto, why did you *sniff* steal my pet God?

Sasuke specifically didn't kill a whole horde of Orochimaru's ninja because they weren't Itachi...now he's slaughtering Samurai? He even told Suigetsu NOT to kill any cursed seal members when they went to go after Karin and Juugo.

The samurai got potential I see. Too bad we won't see anything substantial until one of them fights without a helmet on.

Won't see anything until they face somebody not Sasuke or an Uchiha anyway. I hope Raikage isn't beaten by Sasuke..or that it's not stopped.

I think Raikage is going to beat the shit out of team hawk but Madara will come in and beat him or something. Or (and I am praying this won't happen) Naruto busts in and gives a speech that makes everyone stop fighting.

Somebody needs to rip Naruto's tongue out. I love how all 3 top anime are basically at their respective climaxes.

Naruto needs to replace himself with his Part 1 self, and get the happy, never give up, non-emo Naruto to come out and save the day.

What has Sasuke Uchiha become? It seems as though he finally gave into the darkness. Just like Riku did in kingdom hearts1.

No that would just make things worse. The thing about Naruto is now he has doubts but they never actually hinder him in any way. So he just comes off as annoying.

I think his new attitude was working out until when facing Nagato he didn't think he had the answers but convinced him anyway. That was just pathetic writing. If he had had to kill Nagato despite empathizing with him the manga would have been 10x better since a. the people would have stayed dead and b. it would have actually given Naruto a REASON to be whiny.

He has proven no matter what he will be whiny 😬

Eh, I don't want Naruto killing anybody..Nor Sasuke for that matter. I hate Sasuke but the fact he hadn't killed anybody was just something I liked..Course that's out the window. And I hate how Naruto is now...I prefer his Part 1 self, and think it be better. He doesn't need to doubt himself. He doesn't need to be all emo about everything either.

Seriously Kishimoto really botched the end of the Pein arc. It was just incredible. It was just pathetic the way he spun plot devices endlessly to remove all lasting impact from that story. In terms of plot impact it might have well have been a DBZ visit to the time chamber since all it amounts to was a power up for Naruto.

One can only hope...Killer Bee did compare Sasuke to Raikage though.
