Yeah but unless we knew who it was Kirabi had fought besides those two, it doesn't give us a whole lot of info. All it tells us is Sasuke's above anyone on team Samui, which I think everybody had already known.
Bottom line, unless we knew who had FAILED to block the attack, that feat doesn't really mean anything.
*shrugs* I'm just saying Killer Bee compared them since they were able to dodge him, and nobody else he fought has, they are about to fight, and it's Sasuke, who is a person who always seems to get a win since shippuden began. So I doubt we'll see Sasuke loose. Though maybe beat up a bit then another win out of nowhere but still
Kirabi had been hit by Amaterasu before the tentacle was cut off. He dealt with the problem by forcing Sasuke to cut it off. Though really he could have just torn it off or something. He had Sasuke do it so it seemed like a legit victory. BTW:

I'm sorry but this just doesn't impress me. Sasuke blocks one attack by Kirabi and then proceeds to get beaten to a pulp and Kirabi still had another transformation left. Hell the scan doesn't even say Raikage was the only one who had done it, just that he was the most recent.
He says 'Not since my brother has anyone been able to' that's saying nobody but Raikage has ever. I doubt Raikage could take Killer Bee if Killer Bee went all out either.
Killer Bee wasn't hit with Amaterasu, only Hachibi. The part Killer Bee was in hadn't been hit yet or it would still have been burning as it sank.

Well Killer Bee was being used to protect the village hence why he ran. I can see Raikage and Killer Bee being even without Hachibi sure but Raikage shouldn't be able to touch a tailed-Killer Bee imo. And yes well ones old, and seems like he can barley move, one doesn't seem to like to fight (Danzou), ones a girl, and the other is Gaara who you think is weak now. So would it really matter if they were around? But I do think Raikage should beat, and should be stronger the Sasuke..though there is genjutsu to deal with and Raikage doesn't have a beast.
