The 4th's space-time jutsu is advanced in a manner of speaking, lesser ones obviously exist. Orochimaru possesses that fiery teleportation like jutsu, and Sasuke is shown using it, so yeah.
I also doubt Yamato was thinking about summons when he said that.

Neji can probably see farther than 800 m, but until we see him doing so, Hinata is far better 😛, her range was shown to be 10 km.

Really? For the Chunin exam arc, I watched the anime, so I didn't realize the Tenten-Temari fight was filler in the anime. Damn.
Well anyway, considering she's a weapons expert, it's safe to assume she has good accuracy.
