Self-destructing was a pretty genius move on Danzo's part. Even though it didn't kill Sasuke or Madara, it stops his eye from being stolen.

And if Madara couldn't teleport away it would've worked on killing his opponent also. Madara ruins everything.

Madara most likely. Teleported them both away. Even if it involved sending Sasuke to the other dimension off-panel and popping him back out off-panel.

Madara's power is so abusable. I would have much rather seen him vs Danzo than Sasuke vs Danzo.

Sasuke is getting soooo dull lately. He's fought against Deidara, Itachi, Kirabi, Raikage, Mizukage, Danzo... the one thing all these characters have in common, is that they are far more interesting than him.

You know, if Orochimaru had access to all these sharingan, why didn't he just implant them if he wanted them so badly?

Yea. I'm not really sure how Kishi is going to go about with Sasuke's redemption. He seems way beyond it, and even more so after killing Karin just because she got caught. Course I've always been hoping for Sasuke to just become the Oro of the manga, and go about his own, evil way. Not being killed or anything. But he seems to be screwing that up too going after Konoha, and listening to Madara.

Sasuke really needs to die. I mean seriously killing a kage is not something you should be able to have cleared off your criminal record.

Looks like my idea about Sasuke becoming the main antagonist isn't so bad. Think about it: he is beyond the point of redemption, is willing to backstab people(Orochimaru) when he doesn't need them, survives fights that would give Sarutobi a run for his money if he were still alive, and the story pays more attention to him. Sasuke could become the main antagonist, not saying that he will though.

yea i would like him more if he was his own boss....also if his reason for doing what he is doing made sense....i understand trying to kill danzo but why did he try to kill the kages and is he going to destroy the village

He was trying to kill Danzo. He had to fight the Kages because they were in his way.
