IMO Sasuke is the perfect example as to why Konoha wanted to wipe out the Uchiha. Danzou even states that by taking revenge on Konoha, he's pretty much spat on Itachi's grave.

Though it was kind of Itachi's fault for making him that utterly consumed with rage and revenge. I doubt anyone could have predicted what Sasuke'd turn into, but he didn't do him any favors.

Come to think of it, why did he do that again? I get that he wanted Sasuke to kill him, but why? Did he really **** Sasuke up that badly just so he could have a stylish death? I'm confused now..

He probably did it so Sasuke wouldn't do what he's doing now. If Sasuke just blamed Itachi then he would just strive to beat Itachi. He wouldn't hate Konoha or try to kill Danzo and the Elders. And I'm sure Madara knew Itachi didn't want Sasuke to know so that's why he told Sasuke.

So to stop him from being consumed by hate he actively stokes it? Ok, so it does make sense to have him completely focus on him, but I think he went waaaay to far. Like actually telling him he needs to hate more, that just seems like hes ****ing him up for little reason.

Though maybe I'm giving Kishi the benefit of the doubt on plot-holes.

It could've been to make Sasuke have some goal to strive to get better instead of just wallow in self-pity that his clan was killed. If he has an enemy to face then there is reason. *shrugs* But who knows.

Well whether we like it or not, Sasuke wil live as long as Naruto does. Maybe he will become the main antagonist since he's survived this long and has nothing else to do. Wonder how the repairs in Konoha are going.

Well without Yamato probably slow. And it's still a big hole so can't be that good. lol

point is, they gave the konoha team time to chat a bit and make a plan when they could have wiped them all out.

Sasuke tells Sakura to kill Karin. He stands behind Sakura ready to kill her afterward. Kakashi appears and his appearance obviously stops Sasuke from killing Sakura.

Kakashi tells Sasuke that he doesn't want to kill him, but the latter is cocky as usual and simply says that he wants to kill Kakashi.
Kakashi then states that he understood what the 3rd went through, and Sasuke replies by telling him that he will die just as the 3rd did.
Sasuke also says that he'll stop what he's doing if they can bring his family, his clan and Itachi back.
They get ready to fight while Sakura goes to heal Karin.

either kakashi is going to die or he is going to get beat up either way naruto is going to witness the end of the fight and realize he is the one who has to kill sasuke

Naruto will most likely interrupt the fight, I don't think Kakashi will die yet anyway, as the odds are in his favour.
Madara will then rescue Sasuke. He is nearly blind, and is still exhausted from his fight against Danzou.

Though killing two Hokages in a row would be a record 😛.

Kakashi can't be killed or defeated. Isn't this suppose to be his year. A loss to Sasuke would just make it a bad year. lol He died once already.

Kakashi is going to WTF pwn Sasuke.

I learned something about Naruto;whatever its is that you want, you're most likely are not going to get. Will Kakashi beat Sasuke? Most likely. Although Madara will pull some semi-godly technique that will stop Kakashi and Naruto will be left with a mess.

There probably won't even be a real fight between Sasuke and Kakashi

I agree though, I'll be surprised if the fight does in fact have a solid conclusion (death/loss), and I'll be even more surprised if it is Kakashi that dies/loses.
