From four images (last four pages of the chapter I think) that were posted on a site, it seems that Sakura gets a chance to stab Sasuke, but stops at the last second. Sasuke turns around, grabs the kunai and is about to kill Sakura. Kakashi tells him to stop, but Sasuke attempts to kill her anyway. Naruto just saves her at the last second (he has a little scratch on his cheek), and Sasuke has presumably lost both of his mangekyou by the end.

All but certain that either Madara will jump in and save Sasuke, or that Sasuke is going to get beaten up to within an inch of his life (again)

Kakashi must be feeling pretty inferior right now. Just after he makes an entrance that screams "pwned," Naruto one-ups him.

~ Also, why the f*** does Sasuke get stopped from killing wenches? Killing Danzou: no problem; but a honest-to-goodness craptacular character? I was alright with Sakura staying alive the first time, but damn, this is just stupid.

That's not the only option for Kishi to take if Sakura is killed by Sasuke.

~ Another Susano'o power-up. This one probably has the sword and the mirror. Fancy time for Sasuke to lose his Mangekyou.

🙄 Of course we don't get any Sasuke/Kakashi battle. Figures. And now Sasuke's out of power, and Naruto's there to unlock Itachi. But really Sasuke's going way out on a limb. He remembers a happy Konoha and thinks they are all laughing at Itachi's death?? Somebody really needs therapy.

Sakura really did have a shot of killing Sasuke right then and there 🙂 *He* got lucky.

Finally the true Susanoo, at least.

Man, what's Sasuke going to do? Without Madara there's literally NO option for him now. He's been blinded, mostly.

He lost that when he attacked Sakura. Killing her would be a bonus.

It's not like Madara can't just reappear instantly to save him. lol But this is Sasuke he could be blind and out of chakra completely so that he's near death and he'd probably still try to take them all out.

He attacked with an intent to kill, not once, but twice. Sends a clear message to Kakashi. Naruto's probably going to beat him up anyway, then use talk no jutsu.

Besides, the manga could do without Sakura. Kishi has degenerated her into a walking joke.

How? He was fairly tired after his first usage of Kamui. Understandable, seeing as he had to warp two arrows flying straight at him at incredible speeds.

If that whole 'transferred his eye techniques' statement holds up, I don't see any reason why Sasuke's Susanoo should lack the items.

As long as she keeps getting saved Naruto can still be all 'I won't kill him'. Though Sakura has always been as she is now. Worthless. The only time she's done anything worth anything was in the Forest of Death when trying to protect Sasuke and Naruto. Not even her battle against Ino nor her and Chiyo's battle against Sasori really compares to how that was suppose to be her 'change' at that point.

I guess I get what you are trying to say.

Ultimately though, there is no difference in Sasuke's "redeemability" between him attempting to kill someone, and actually killing someone.

We already know he's ruthless and merciless, so it's not a question of him stopping himself.

He had it with him until the end, so I'd think it was a battle accessory that was a part of Susanoo, and hence could be handed down. After all, it isn't a physical item anyway.
