Well, he isn't irrational like Sasuke is. Now that he can control the Fox's power, he won't be slipping into his uncontrolled forms.

Otherwise, yeah, Sage Mode was pretty much a power-up. Even though we saw him working for it, it was over in like a week or two. Whereas Jiraiya couldn't perfect it even though he had years.

Though I get the impression Jiraiya didn't take much longer learning it the first time; it's just your level of sage-y ness depends in large part on aptitude and you can't necessarily improve on it (and not that the difference between Pervy Sage's sage mode and Naruto's is that big, Jiraiya still got a heck of a lot of power from it).

Who knows. I don't recall the specifics of Jiraiya's Sage Mode training, but I know he was never able to perfect it.

True, he was powerful. He also had an advantage Naruto didn't, in that the 2 Toad Elders gave him Natural Energy. Naruto needed Shadow Clones, though that severely limited the number of clones he could create.

How perfect it is seemed mostly a matter of balance. It might've been that Naruto could do it simply because he had more base chakra to counterbalance the nature chakra against. Jiraiya, while having a lot by normal standards, still had less than Naruto, so slightly-froggy is the best he could do.

and as for Naruto being THE sage, he was just simply using his jutsu as Demonic Phoenix pointed out. now how he knew that jutsu I don't know and don't have any ideas as to how he even learned of it's existence.

I'm confused by Naruto's words at the end of the fight. It's as if he considers him a friend or something, which would be cool if they were, but coming this lae in the story it's just odd. And I wonder what he meant by 'wait, just wait'.

This chaoter confirmed, Kishimoto likes Naruto more than Sasuke, I mean shit, he's got gods chakra along with the devils chakra and Sage powers and Kushina's chakra. ****ers overpowered and cheap.

Sasuke will never top this which is why I am dissapoint Kishimoto.

He's not necessarily going to top it, but perhaps equal it... the Eternal Mangekyo is supposed to provide a seriously *uber* jutsu, as well as let him use all the previous mangekyo moves easier.

It's why Madara was so badass back in the day. Madara's this powerful now even with his strength reduced from that height.

Just as Naruto's accumulating all the strength and will of the Sage's Senju son, Sasuke's being used as Madara's experiment to give him the powers and hatred of the Sage's Uchiha son.

EMS was beaten before, it lost all novelty when it was revealed inferior to a non doujutsu user with a bijuu control bloodline.

Madara lost to a guy who ruled the free world at his hight, Madara seems to be a failure in retrospect considering Kishimoto just admitted his loss was going to predate current events with his successor.

This manga does nothing but mock the Uchiha clan. 🤣

Well, Naruto was beaten senseless and had the toad oil to help cheat...as well as using Shadow clones. On top of that, the training itself runs a very strong risk of killing the person. Technically, he trained for several times longer than a few weeks with the shadows clones.

Also, Naruto was motivated by his master's death and protecting the whole village from Pain and Jiraiya was motivated by Oro's leaving and getting with da ladies.

Fukasaku said that Jiraiya was impatient so it makes sense that Naruto, while similar to Jiraiya, was more patient as he had a much greater motivation. The "will of fire" burns stronger in Naruto than probably anyone else alive, from Konoha.

If it took Naruto more than a month to learn Sage mode, that would have been out of character for Naruto. Naruto has always trained to near death or at great risk to himself so learning sage mode with shadow clones, cheating oil, and an heir to being THE great toad sage, is hardly unbelievable for naruto to master it in 2 weeks...which is what Jiraiya took MAYBE a year to do. Remember that Naruto mastered Rasengan in a week what took Jiraiya a year to do.
