Possibly. Though you'd think an English Essay writer (or something to that effect) would not make such glaring mistakes in his grammar and spelling.
I've never paid much attention to any of his posts. Is his grammar as terrible as the grammar in the 'Trolling Sasuke guide'?

I actually think Minato could take Raikage. Would be the toughest fight.
Their reflexes are supposed to be equal. Movement speed's more of a toss-up though.
Raikage needs to get in close to do his damage, while Minato could just teleport to any place where a FTG seal might be.

Minato would be too terrified of Raikage to fight him, and would thus lose by default.
Minato stared down the Kyuubi. Raikage would be too terrified of the Kyuubi. Ergo, Raikage would be too terrified of Minato. dur313

if kabuto has created clones of all these guys does that mean hes cloned their blood limits too? does that mean that kabuto can make like unlimited sharingans?
No. It's their souls in bodies made from sacrifices. Their kekkei genkai functions for them it seems, but you couldn't, say, pluck 'em out and use 'em, and you can only make one of a person since it's their soul, so each sharingan set would have to be in a different Uchiha being resurrected.
Also, apparently doing as many as he did was better than anyone had done before with the jutsu, so that puts a pretty strict limit on things.
That was kinda dumb, though Motoi and KB didn't help either.
Even if there was a trap, I bet they weren't expecting a double trap of containing them and sending another deployment method. Probably most normal traps could've easily been handled by that lot... so it was a touch of overconfidence, probably.

Hm, I wonder if rasengan would be better or worse against the electric armor than chidori, being a grinding attack rather than a piercing...But yea, for all his incredible powers, Minato was so-so in terms of actual firepower. Of course, there's always summoning the grim reaper ^^
Well, he has to grab Raikage in order to do that (meaning, touch him through the Raiton Shield). Besides, that would make it a tie at best.

I would think a grinding attack would be much, much less effective in this case. It's like trying to tackle through a wall vs putting a knife through it.
But there's more continuous force in the rasengan, plus it kinda explodes out.
Chidori pierces better, rasengan has more pressure, the total destructive force isn't far off, and I wouldn't be surprised if Minato put more chakra into his.

Fuuton Rasenshuriken would shred through it as if it were not even there.
Standard Rasengan would, IMO, be much less effective against the Shroud than Chidori was.
