Raikage's no slowpoke as well. If he knows where Minato is going to go (using Shuriken), he can catch Minato and shift into a powerbomb or something.

FTG might now be much help at all in fighting Raikage. However Minato could just summon Gamabunta or something.
Then if he activates his shinigami seal, Raikages attacks would just close in the distance gap.

He's not as fast as Minato is when using FTG. Even the build-up to the Liger-bomb takes time. Sasuke was able to bring out Susano'o during that build-up, so I'm certain Minato would be able to warp out of it.
At best, I see this as a stalemate. Minato hasn't demonstrated the tools (outside of a summon perhaps) to get through Raikage's shroud for a win, while Raikage probably wouldn't even be able to land a proper hit.
Mine is Sasuke. Though given his recent...mentality, he's dropped down a few notches in my book.

Can Minato "warp" out of someone's grip? I've never seen him do that. He's used FTG to teleport around, but when someone is holding him back we've never seen how that interacts with FTG. The idea he could warp out of something is very strange, given that it's a superspeed technique.

In other words, I had nothing to counter your argument.
However, Sasuke's vision had in fact been compromised due to his MS usage against Killerbee. He also had little to no trouble keeping track of Raikage until Raikage enhanced his Raiton Shroud with more chakra in order to dodge Amaterasu.

How much of Susano'o had formed is irrelevant to the discussion at hand. The point is that an amount, a sufficient one at that, was formed. Not that it matters anyway, as FTG warping also happens 'in the blink of an eye'.
Madara had his hand clasped around Minato's hand when Minato warped away on Hokage Summit.
It's selective I think. Minato has warped away while holding Kakashi, but he can warp away even when Madara has his hand on him.
