I think that the creator doesn't know when to end the series, and i also think that he's going to end Part II with volume 54 and after that he's going to make Part III.

The series is coming to a closure. Sasuke and Naruto are now both at the height of their power and Madara is going after Naruto.

Sasuke wont be able to fight soon and MAdara doesn't even have an army yet so i think that there's going to be another time shift.

Why not? His eye implant is done, and there's been some time to recover from it to boot.

Well, Madara did have a "Stay away from Sasuke until it's over!" rule for 'buto, but in any case a week or so of healing should be plenty.

What i think that is going to happen is that Part II will have another time shift to part III, and in part III Madara will have his complete army ready for the full war, like orochimaro he is going to die in the midle of the arc and Sasuke will be the main villain.

I don't know if a timeskip is needed for that. The villages are ready to fight now and I think so is he. He's got 7 biju, the zombie Akatsuki, much of his power restored, and EMS Sasuke.

why would they have a time skip? they're just about to attack Naruto, and start an all out war

It depend of when naruto is going to end, if part II has 27 volumes like Part I then the war is going to be too fast but if he makes more volumes of part II then it is going to end with part II and there may not be a part III

I would like it if Kabuto stabbed Madara in the back, as in back to the original. But since Madara's abilities haven't been revealed yet, that's not about to happen.

And I'm a Sasuke fan and a KB hater. What would EMS do to a guy who has perfect control of his tailed beast, peak shinobi strength, agilty and endurance, a master swordsman + parasite that sucks all chakra and stamina from the opponent?

EMS is no where near Naruto's power I'll tell you that because Madara fought Shodai with the EMS and he got rapped by him. Naruto's got Sage Mode, Senjutsu, Shima and Fuma and Rikudou Mode powered by the nine tails chakra.

Sasuke is way out of his league, unless EMS has some sort of kyrptonite powers or makes him thanos level.

There's really no reason to assume the parts'll be the same size. He'll keep going until either it ends or a timeskip makes sense, there's no arbirary 27-vol limit.

I still think Oro is the greatest villain. I'm not a big fan of Oro but still, he killed two Kages, created a whole village to use at his whims as experiments. Convinced at least a few of them he actually cared when he didn't just to use them. And destroyed Konoha just because he could.

I'm inclined to believe he is as well. He was the first ninja in the series to make Kakashi crap his pants in fear and he had a good bit of build up around him in part 1. And I actually do like Orochimaru a lot as a character.
