After seeing talk no jutsu take out a random root(yeah I said it) and Sasori, why doesn't he just kill off the rest of the Edo's personalities. Orochimaru might not have used Edo Tensei on Kabuto's scale but he was way more proficient when he used it IMHO.
As for Anko, I recall the primary reason for Orochimara kicking her to the curb was because she couldn't activate her curse seal; she had the same one as Sasuke so their forms might look similar eh?

The control jutsu may require more concentration, i.e. the more directly controlled, the less good they'll be.

The reason Anko didn't go with him is he invited her and she declined.
She didn't want to activate the cursed seal being part of it, but Anko certainly could. Kabuto just commented on how compatible her body was for it after all.

I thought it was the whole lack of bloodlust and drive that prevented Anko from activating the cursed seal. Although your are right about her leaving on her own free will, Orochimaru was still bored with her.
Even if she could, it's a little late in the series to backtrack on cursed seal transformations; especially when the guy in control is in a permanent seal or whatever.

Thoughts on where Omoi goes? He's not shown large-scale jutsu, but his electric swordsmanship has proven to be quite effective and he has some weird moves with it.

I still think people like Danzo, Jiraiya, Orochimaru & perhaps Sarutobi (old) belong in S+, with the dudes in S+ moved up to SS and onwards. Simply because someone like Orochimaru has more power and versatility at his disposal than someone like Sasori.
Then there's Danzou with Izanagi and Shisui's eye, not to mention great mastery over sealing techs and Fuuton techs.
Also, for now, I think Onoki belongs in S. He has S+ level power, but it's saddled due to his old age, and back problems. Meh.
