why did Kakashi have to do the mind switch?

Cause he can't sense chakra.

So the Yamanaka could use his sensor abilities to track Zabuza while in Kakashi's body.

wow, have to hand it to Kishimoto to make the seven swordsmen reasonably powerful. their skills really compliment each other and makes them much harder to fight than one by himself.

the ending was a bit of a surprise. expected something to happen, but not for a repeat of what occurred in their previous encounter.

Good to know that the Guillotine Sword isn't the piece of crap Sugeitsu made it look like when he wielded it.

Also, even more people are dying in this series that aren't bad guys. This makes me happy. 😄

To be fair, it was a piece of crap when Zabuza wielded it in the first major arc. It just so happened that he was more badass than Suigetsu.

Which is a new trick with the mind switch, a pretty clever one. Interesting that sensor ability transfers over.

taking out the kyuubi........

and "came back" to motivate naruto

With the entire generation dead, and it being noted there being a rash of defections not long after Kisame, I'm guessing what happened was rather than Zabuza leading a coup on his own, it was a swordsmen coup of which only he survived the attempt.

I also suspect we might see Terumi soon.

Lamest dude on the seven swordsman is the guy with the sewing sword. Lame.

^ no way, he made two human centipedes out of his enemies = badass

i have a feeling he can direct the path of the sword since it looks as if he was stationary and the sword moved like a boomerang in which he just had to catch. it might be like a chackra string sort of deal.

Best dude is Suigetsu's brother. Idk I guess I just don't like that sewing dude guy cause I think his weapon is just stupid.

Definitely not the best weapon. Then again, Helmsplitter doesn't impress me much either since toughness-based defenses aren't *that* common in Naruto.

Direct it through the physical string via chakra, perhaps?

You know, even though they failed utterly to accomplish anything, the aftermath of the mook ninjas is fairly impressive- imagine that against a mundane force, or at least ninja who weren't immortal and'd have to dodge.

Doesn't change the fact that he died young...

Not really. They all have an air of badassery about them, except for perhaps the dude that used to wield Samehada before Kisame offed him.

Plus sewing together a number of ninjas is lulzy, not lame.

Speaking of which, I wonder why they didn't just bring Kisame back. Granted that he let his shark summons eat him, they could've had some blood samples of Kisame to try an Edo Tensei.

Either that or they could've gave him a fake Samehada or something.

Probably cause Kisame just died, and he can't go get any of his blood. Same reason he can't go get Kisame's sword.

I like how Zabuza's swords only ability is to repair itself from the blood of slain enemies. 😆 Every other sword has some big ability and Zabuza doesn't have anything still.

Good point.

At least the Guillotine sword does something and isn't just an accesory weapon like Suigetsu made it look like. Prior to this I thought it was just a big sword that went along with Zabuza's hidden mist technique.

Well it kinda just still is a big sword to go along with Zabuza's mist. It repairing itself isn't something that big of a deal.

Pft, Zabuza is the only one who doesn't need any big ability for his sword. Those big abilities are crutches Zabuza did not require. estahuh

'Having a hammer' and 'having a string' aren't exactly awe-inspiring special abilities either 🙂

^ That's not their special ability though. The Longsword's special ability is that it can pierce people and stitch them together. Works wonders against groups of ninjas. Plus, if he just aims it at someone's heart or head, they could be done for.

The Hammer-Axe sword seems meh though. Looks like it was designed for sword to sword combat.
