Keep in mind there's going to be a *lot* of them. You'll appreciate the pacing later.
Think of the Fake Town arc in Bleach, where they had long fight after long fight.
Plus, with this much backup around, it makes sense for fights to be shorter, every moment there's casualties going around, and there's more people to help force a faster ending by intervening.

I'm kinda irked the fights aren't being shown also..but there is a whole lot left for showing. Guess the likes of Kiba and Neji aren't really going to be shown til near the end since they are fighting just a large horde of Zetsu and the others are fighting the major threats that aren't a seemingly endless wave.

Rating the Kage numbers for the fun of it...
No, not the individual Kage, but the numbers 🙂
1st Kages- All get props for founding their respective villages, though most don't seem to have lived long, which can probably be chalked up to the First Ninja World War.
2nd Kages- The number we know least about, just Tobirama and Mu. Tobirama didn't last long at all, and judging from their successor's ages I doubt many others did either, though some might've made it to the Second Ninja World War.
3rd- Ah, now things get interesting. At least two, possibly three, villages had their 'strongest kage ever' in this rank (Kazekage, Sarutobi, and probably Onoki too). Even aside from those, the third Raikage looked like he lasted awhile and you have the only two long lived kage here. So you've got power and longevity.
4th- Four in Japan is the death number, and it shows. Minato and Yagura were both very young kage who didn't last very long. Gaara's dad lasted longer but didn't seem stand out for a kage and was assassinated (of course, all Kazekage but Gaara have been). Iwagakura doesn't even have a fourth yet. A's doing pretty well, though.
5th- Only three of these, but all seem to be doing pretty well. None have died and Gaara's the only Kazekage to have avoided assassination. They aren't slouches and they all seem to have lasted longer than several 2s and 4s too.
So to rank them in order-
3rd seems to take the top spot fairly easily
1st is second despite the high casualty rate
5th gets here due to all being alive and well
4th A keeps an overall short-lived bunch above the 2nds
2nd gets down here due to data suggesting this gen had a turnover rate similar to the 4ths
The list'd get shuffled a little if one included non-Great villages (Hanzo and Orochimaru added to 1sts, Nagato to 2nd, Konan to 3, so a big boost to the 2nds. Though come to think of it, I don't think Hanzo's confirmed as the founder, but it seems likely). One could throw in aspiring or candidate Kage in too if one wanted.
Your list looks solid, and it's logical. But, personally, I wouldn't rate the first generation Kage's very high, if only because a lot of their renown is based upon hearsay and implied ability. It's like, the first Hokage was supposed to be this epic badass mofo but his only awesome ability was making trees and shit.
