First time? But, keep in mind, what you'e implying is baseless. He said "strong chakra" not "sasuke's particular brand of chakra". There's no reasons to conclude that Sasuke's chakra has a chakra fingerprint that every single nin can discern like in the case of Sage Mode Naruto.
Also, not only does this prove that someone can "flex" their "chakra" in Naruto JUST like characters in Bleach and Dragonball, this also shows us that certain characters can sense it like Kabuto.

Rasengan and FTG are his only junk, one of which he copied from a Bijuu. The rest was copied and refined from Tobirama's techs. 313

Mikoto seemed happy about those conversations, so I doubt there was any anger and bitterness.

Agreed. Bee's kendo style is ridiculous and effective, but with a perfectly timed move, Kisame could trap him in the Water Prison.

Disappearing with the sharks would have likely put him in the middle of the ocean anyway, plus I'm not sure if he could disappear with the Summons in the first place. Sasuke had to be inside Manda to do that.
I don't see it that way either. The number of people summoned is dependent on the number of sacrifices; if Orochimaru had bothered to sacrifice all the people Kabuto did, he could have assembled an army just as large. As far as controlling them, Kabuto has actually been doing a pretty poor job as many of the bodies have self destructed or helped their opponents to defeat them.
"that technique" is what he's holding out on. i bet it has something to do with amping edo tensei or some hack that allows him to combine all of the zombies together or some other crazy shit.

The White Zetsu with the Black Zetsu is stronger than those in the clone army. So I don't see it personally.
