At full chakra capacity, yes I do. Akatsuki seems to believe that he has as much chakra as the other Bijuu combined.

Based on their most powerful shown Menacing Balls though, I think they are pretty close. Then again, Kyuubi has shown insane durability, whereas Hachibi tends to get cut easily, relatively speaking.

Probably just a sealing team as back-up. Doubt they were needed since Shukaku went back inside Gaara, and since the 4th says he stopped it.

It's not like Wood jutsu, it's not an anti-biju power, the way they talk about it it's more like the same compatibility that Gaara and Bee have. Kushina shouldn't really be on the weakness list.

This is pretty much moot since I know this, and since I don't think Kushina's chakra would apply to Kyuubi in either scenario. I went for the 'Kushina can pwn Kyuubi due to her chakra' scenario since that is what DDM used.

Nah. Itachi knew the limit. Since the crow had to wait ten years, it was hardly in a position to do anything to Sasuke.

Tangent: It would have been awesome if Itachi had set the crow up so that it pecked out Sasuke's eyes instead of genjutsu. Brutal as all hell.

Crow would have to wait ten years without Senju DNA. I guarantee you that Naruto's DNA would have helped bring that limit down. A small bit of Hashirama's DNA brought the limit down to a few hours.

While Zabuza is highly skilled, the powers and jutsu of the other S+s we have just seem... stronger. I think I jumped the gun in pushing him to be raised.

Shukaku does have his sand for defense, and seems to be made from sand himself, so that'd cover sand armor and all that.

Reviving Kushina huh? Well she wasn't sealed the way Minato was, so it's possible.

Though we have no real feats for her at the moment, aside from restraining the nine tails with chakra chains.
