They aren't the same and it doesn't seem like Shunshin is S/T related.

I dunno if he created Tobi. But his plan certainly was to be revived by the Rinnegan. Didn't happen as planned. Though there is something interesting to consider here. Madara might have planned to have been revived but I don't think he knows about the MEP at the moment.

Probably the former. Or rather, better be the former.

BTW this "Muu can't use dust" thing is idiotic. What was the point of keeping him alive if he won't fight anymore? Just to be another stupid "watch and comment" character? Didn't we already have Zetsu? I want to see him keep on going.

Kabuto needs a way to talk to Madara I guess. Mu is quite bland and uninteresting though so I can't say I'll miss seeing him do things.

Well it's not like he can just *vanish* once doing that.

He'll come up with something. He's still a sensor and can still likely fight to some extent. Though Gaara could likely capture him without much trouble now.
