Well Gai only starts to suffer from backlash when he's in the 7th gate, and it's not that serious of a backlash either. He could always use Morining Peacock. I will not how he can skip the other gates and go right into the 6t one is impressive.

So, Kyuubi has already stopped the chakra-trade phase eh? Looks like he is softening up and it's now just his pride that is in the way. Fairly well done on Kishi's part, even if it happened so fast. I suppose now that we'll finally see Naruto transform into the Kyuubi. Would be hilarious to see him do it to get out of the Yonbi's mouth.

Also, damnit, I knew Sasuke would start wearing the shirt he had on the cover of 480. I liked his old shirt better.

Guess that's how things work. Sasuke is cool, Suigetsu is awesome, Kakashi and Guy are meh....Kyuubi is a prick and adorable? Awesome. Hachibi is still cooler.

More tailed beast info. Strength isn't determined by the number of tails? Awesome. The beasts apparently do have individual wills and personalities. Don't know if the Sanbi is different or not, need to go back and read. And the plot hole of Naruto's massive amount of clones not killing him is explained away because the Kyuubi is getting attached to the little guy. D'aww. On another note, Kakashi and Guy really are outclassed here.

We find out why Tobi hasn't been using the Paths powers! He apparently can but there are several reasons not to. Naruto had already fought the Six Paths of Pain before and had developed strategies against them. Why bother with the old moves? Especially when controlling the Bijuu takes so much out of Tobi as is.

well, if you go by on-panel stuff, there really isn't that grand a gap between what the bijuu can dish out in relation to each other (sheer size and beast bombs seem to be their main weapons, and they all pretty much share those things), maybe the shukaku looks weaker but that was when kishi was a little more in control of himself.

hachibi is one of the best is because it's in sync with b, and the inverse is true about why the nasty ass turtle bijuu was weaker, lacking a host an all that

Apparently Bee has fought the Kyuubi before. Unless it meant the battle within Naruto's mind. Which would be lame.

Anyone else like Suigetsu this chapter? (1) Assumes if they haven't been seen in awhile, Sasuke and Karin must be doin' it. (2) Logically concludes the only proper course of action is cockblocking ^^

about 2nd mizukage: he used a hozuki clan technique yes, but how does that necessarily make him a clansmen too? hiruzen can use high grade enton techniques but it didn't mean he was an uchiha before we knew what his name was

Enton techniques aren't necessarily clan ones. The Uchiha were known for being really good at them, rather than having a monoply.

A clan technique, on the flip side, is something kept secret within the clan.
