Am I the only person who would lose his shit if Tobi really did turn out to be evil future Sasuke? Cause I've been thinking about it and it makes some sense.

I think deep down, Sasuke doesn't really want revenge...I think he just wants to die. Which would explain a lot of his actions after Itachi's death.

If he wanted to die he probably would have let Sakura kill him. Plus all the insane shit he pulls out of his ass to avoid his death make it unlikely imo. How many times has he evolved his Susano'o to avoid death at this point?

He doesn't want to lay down and die, but he does keep going into more dangerous situations which could easily kill him.

Indeed, and to add onto that, Sasuke has been throwing around chakra draining techniques like mad. I get the impression that he simply no longer cares if he dies or not. I'm going mostly off his conversation with Naruto really. The fact that Sasuke even entertains the idea of Naruto killing him is what I found interesting. And the reason it's sad is because Sasuke said Naruto would be the Hero if he killed Sasuke and a victim if he didn't. I'm starting to think Sasuke has really just decided that fate put him in as a villain, so he is going along with it. Kinda like how the Kyuubi felt it should be a villain towards Naruto.

Btw- the chains, an Uzumaki technique?

Tobi has them, but he seems to have gotten them from the Rinnegan, which he got from Nagato Uzumaki.

And much like I long noted, they're pretty good against non-biju too.

Nah. He'd be like my number 5 favorite, tied with Naruto naturally. I prefer Ichigo more but there isn't much to talk about with him.

Well Substitution will beat any chains.

Once you're actually bound, you're bound, unless the chains are slacked or you can break them via strength, by the looks of it.

Substitution, I've noted, tends to mostly work either when you significantly outmatch an opponent, or when you can prepare ahead of time.
