But yeah, I agree that Kiba is > Hinata. Ino's possibly > Hinata too, based on what Q99 said. Can't remember Ino's contributions too well, other than that she helped take down Ginkaku.

Shino's not the strategist that Shikamaru is, but as he's the second/third best strategist out of the Konoha 11, I don't think Shikamaru would beat him for the majority either. I also do not think that Physical movement is a requirement for controlling his bugs.

It's mostly cause I consider poison and sleep bombs to probably be more regular gear for Sakura. And Gates, while strong, do cause Lee harm.
Ino also helped a good deal against Asuma. Seriously go back and reread it. She showed a surprising amount of taijutsu talent.

Still wouldn't put her > Lee. Combat-wise, he should be on her level without his Gates, and I consider Gates to be > Poison & Sleep Bombs. Also, there's always Drunken Fist. 😛 She really should have picked up some genjutsu during the TS.
Yeah, should do that. I know she helped tremendously during that Beach fight, but it showcased their awesome team-work and Chouji's determination.

You're right. Her superior strength showings do that. And nah, Poison and sleep bombs don't injure you. And Lee should have picked up a lot of things during the TS. awesome

She took down Ginkaku (and notably had only a tiny opening with her jutsu, showing it was far faster than it used to be), possessed two Zetsu at once to protect her teammates, and possessed Choji when he was freezing up and fought competently in his body.

And I would put Shino above Shikamaru, for the sole reason of Shadow Possession being a technique that is less than ideal for fighting Shino.
Shikamaru has proven to be able to consistently take on powerful ninja using what he has, including beating your beloved Temari (He forfeited, but only because he acknowledged that he did not have the stamina to fight further in the examination).
He was taking on Jounin as a Genin, had the second best showing against Asuma, and of course with prep he can take on members of Akatsuki solo.
Shino could very well be stronger, and might even be able to beat Shikamaru in a fight, but against most opponents, Shikamaru has the edge, and because I am smarter than all of you I am going by general effectiveness, rather than going by who could beat up who among the list. Note that I said Shino COULD be stronger, we don't know. He has not had much, the only reason I place him above the ones he is above is his showing against Tobi.
Edit: As for Neji and Sakura, Sakura is frankly by feats demonstratably greater in terms of reaction-time as of now, she hits like a truck, able to one-shot most opponents, has various neat toys she can make use of, and of course has Medical Ninjutsu if need be. Admittedly, if Neji had more showings under his belt, I find it very likely that he could edge her out.
Also, **** ya Blax, Chouji would beat Neji and Sakura at the same time.
