While I do have a hard time agreeing with Neji>Sakura, I guess feat wise Sakura would come out as a victory. For a similar reason I can't see how Sakura>Lee either 🙁

Mm, it's hard for me to do a list since some of them are "This one is better against THESE foes, that one against THOSE."
For example, Shino's not worth much against someone like Ginkaku, but Ino pwns. Conversely, against a group of foes, Shino's got more value.

Kiba and Shino may be higher but they've really not had time to show off much post-timeskip skills, so they're down there.
Sai's a highly flexible ninja and has some power once he gets his emotions unlocked. Clones, sealing, giants, flight, solid speed and taijutsu.
Probably respecting Ino's one-shot win possession power a bit much...

We have seen her put out a ton of firepower, though, and her kunai bomb was rather sweet.
Also, it's kinda silly to mention, but she did beat her trap-clone.

Well before giving the reason, Tenten has beaten someone. A weird clone thing of herself.
Both characters have really only ever demonstrated attack power. And Tenten's is long range, which is better. She is also likely faster, since she has to keep up with the fast guys on her team.

Well when you put it that way I guess it makes sense. Which reminds me, would Tenten's ranking go up any if she was given the banana fan...or do these lists already include it as a possiblity?

Shikamaru has proven to be able to consistently take on powerful ninja using what he has, including beating your beloved Temari (He forfeited, but only because he acknowledged that he did not have the stamina to fight further in the examination).
If Temari and Tayuya had simply gone over to where he was hiding, or attacked from a different angle, instead of sitting around waiting for him to come up with a plan, he would have been killed.
Edit: As for Neji and Sakura, Sakura is frankly by feats demonstratably greater in terms of reaction-time as of now, she hits like a truck, able to one-shot most opponents, has various neat toys she can make use of, and of course has Medical Ninjutsu if need be. Admittedly, if Neji had more showings under his belt, I find it very likely that he could edge her out.

Also an easy argument to make. They're both quite strong I feel.
Shikamaru is generally stronger, but Ino does have potential 'one-move gamechanger' status.

If it's the latter, i call bs. I mean, i get that he's lazy but you'd think he would work on his chakra control seeing as that is his entire method of fighting.

The former. That, and he didn't start training stamina until later on.
His moves are efficient, it's just he didn't work to expand his tank for quite awhile.
