Main reason Sasuke seems overpowered is because Naruto has really improved that much.
What did you expect to happen. A fast, talented, Uchiha who is a fast leaner w/ and w/o Sharingan and was stated to be the top rookie in his class and a village prodigy goes to train with a Jutsu Monster who was once feared in Konoha and known in konoha as one of their strongest Nins. he was pretty damn strong pre-timeskip being a Chuunin level. 3 years of constant trainning. Karin biting abilities problem gives back chakra and stamina while healing so he can just go right back into his trainning,.
