Cuddle Valley High: Role Play

Derek kept moving closer to the two. When he was within easy reach, he grabbed Kat by the arm and pulled her away from him.

Seth smiled trying to hide his fear. KAtherine was whipering his tight grip was hurting her.

"sure i do, but you obviously dont care about your life so then.."Seth put the gun on Katherines head. "I'll kill her , trust me i'll do it, all i have to do is close my eyes and imagine its you."

((so um hahah do you have KAtherine or do we keep it as in Seth still has her?))

"You wouldn't."

Seth looked at Derek , "what the hell are you playing at punk, This ***** didnt even like you she betrayed you for me!, When it was my word against yours she believed me!"

Katherine bit her lower lip to keep her from crying.

Seth turned the aim to Derek "So just leave me alone!, if you come one step closer, ill kill you, then if the police hears ill kill her, and then ill kill myself, hows that for a happy ending? its your choice Derek, leave now we all live, take a step we all die"

Katherine couldnt take this anymore, "DErek just do as he says!, Dont be a hero please!"

For a moment Derek said nothing. He kept walking, one step at a time. "If you had really wanted that to happen, you would've already done it," he said calmly. He looked Seth right in the eye, almost as if daring him to shoot.

Seth stared at Derek and without losing aim he Threw Katherine to the floor and pinned her with his knee. he took out a blade and made a little line of blood on Katherines neck, She screamed with pain as he did it. As he did this he stared at Derek, "If you dont leave now ill slash her pretty face, then ill slash her throat."

Derek had been moving discreetly closer all the while, and now he kicked Seth in the head as hard as he could. He quickly kicked the gun away and picked the knife up. Almost immediately as he did so, a bus pulled up into the station. Several people got off, and the driver came to the door. "Westbound for Portland," he shouted into the station. Derek offered a hand to Katherine.
"Let's go."

Katherine held the cut as she took his hand. She had never felt more relief.

Seth lay their completely knocked out.

Derek hauled Katherine up from the cement floor and pulled her up into the bus. He handed the driver a pair of tickets, sat down in the back row, and the bus pulled out of the station. "Thanks," Derek whispered, "for saving my life."

KAtherine smiled and said,"Thanks for saving mine"

Katherine looked at her hand and saw that it was filled with blood, "Ugh I better go get something to clean this up"She got up and came back with toilet paper from the bathroom and plopped down next to him.

"Seth has to be the biggest psycho i know and to think you told me to go and be his ****ing love slave" Katherine said playfully.

Derek didn't answer. He rested his face in his hand and stared out the window.

((you want to skip ahead because talking about a bus ride for two weeks is going to be boring as hell))

Derek smiled for the first time in days looking out the window. Outside, there were seemingly endless rows of fir trees on one side, a huge river on the other.

Katherine leaned over to see out the window too and her face was filled with glee.

The bus stopped at bus station and the passengers started getting their baggages out of the baggage compartments.

Katherine stood up and said,"Nothing for us take out"
So she started walking out.

Derek hopped out of the bus and looked around. He went to the ticket counter and bought two tickets to Eugene. "You got two hours before it leaves," the clerk said.

Katherine looked around and spotted a diner, she took derek's arm.

"Lets go get something to eat i'm starved!"

"I'll have a BLT," Derek told the waitress.

"I'll have #4 please, hold the onions" KAtherine said as she handed the waitress the menu.

"Very well darlin'"

The waitress came back with their drinks and Katherine sipped on her iced tea when she realized she felt some discomfort on her end, she got up and saw she had been sitting on a black jacket. She took it and as she sat down she said,

"Great just what i needed! something to keep me warm, not to mention its a very cute jacket!"

Derek stood up and walked around the table. He held a hand out to Katherine. "That probably belongs to somebody." He didn't always obey the law, but when it came to stuff like this, he was completely honest.
