Ok, Cloud heads to the Humvee.
Ares, you roll evens for a total of 17, causing the Agent to gain two exertion.
Agent Performs: Straight Punch
The Agent draws his fist back behind his head, and pistons it towards Ares' face. The Agent rolls +4, for a total of 19.
Ares is propelled into the humvee at high speed, badly denting it, as he takes twenty points of damage. Oddly enough, that means a death check...
Ares rolls evens. Fail.
It is now Mors, San and Barb to act again.
I've got the MP5, so four bursts at Agent 2, using Gathering of the Clouds to back towards the car.
"Damn!" Mors shouts as he squeezes the trigger and sees Ares fly back into the car. "Cloud, get him in the Hummer! San, knock that bastard to the pavement! Barb, shoot at him and get your ass in the Hummer!" Mors clenches his teeth as he fires the bursts.
(Hey, you know what? I still haven't gone down! I've "died" in every mission except this one, so far...)
Alright, since we've got Ares and Burn down, that leaves us without gunners and that calls for some changes to the plans.
Barb will be driving, that much is certain. Cloud will get in the back and keep Ares and Burn alive. San and I, being the only people left who are adequate with guns, will be the ones shooting at opponents.
Our situation: We've got 2 men down, and we failed to kill any of Jericho's crew or obtain the USB device. We are fighting an Agent, and we are all extremely battered. All of us are very likely to get knocked down by Agent 2, though San is the healthiest.
Our current health:
Ares: down, failed roll at damage of 44
Burn: down, failed roll at damage of 50
Mors: 35 damage
Cloud: 29 damage
Barb: 25 damage
San: 19 damage
San has been pretty fortunate, but the rest of us have not.
Do not risk open combat with the Agent!

San - keep proning!
Barb - fire at the Agent, using Gathering of the Clouds as you run towards the car
Cloud - get Ares into the car

San, you roll +4 for an 17... a definite hit! Two damage to him as he is slammed into the vehicle himself!
