There is a mouse-look option. I'd suggest using that asap. Key turners are at a severe disadvantage. Using the mouse to look, like in an FPS, allows you to spin and turn as fast as you want.

The key to Wow is friends Mr. Sock and from what I've seen from you so far you probably don't have any. No friends = No fun

I don't have any fun with it because of its lore anomalies 😛
I mean ... Zalazane at level 10?! COME ON!

One of many lore things that eat me up as I watch the game.

That I did not know... fair enough the rest stands though.

I prefer to go by the name of Beoseon.

interesting you should say that, since you seemed to condone the whole Forsaken / Undead thing a few pages back

the way DeathKnights are handled also irritates me.. I mean they're a "hero" class, but they get to participate in events with normalized characters... its like michael phelps swimming against paraplegics... ridiculous

Not sure I follow you there. What about the Forsaken/Undead part?

"Hero" is more a title than a practical assessment of their abilities. They start off a lot more powerful than other classes at 55, but by 80 it's all pretty much equal. The class has strengths and weaknesses like any other. I'll agree with a lot of others that they need a slight dps nerf, but I actually prefer running with most other tank classes to DK's for MT'ing. The usual MT I run with is a Pally, who is better at AoE tanking despite being similarly geared. DK's are fine at single-target, but not as versatile.

I think Blizzard mishandled the Hero Class stuff.

How do you think they should've done instead?

I think they should have released different Hero Classes. If you get a character to meet the criteria(level 60 or whatever it was), you surrender THAT character and turn him into the Hero Class assigned for the class you're surrendering. The assignments would be as follows:

If you surrender a Paladin, Rogue or Warrior: DeathKnight
If you surrender a Mage, Priest, or Warlock: Sorcerer
If you surrender a Shaman, Druid, or Hunter: Ranger

Obviously the Hero Class would be a mixture of the 3 previous classes and pack a wallop. It would add more diversity to the game, and it would make you think closely before you relinquished your character. The way it is now, there's no thought process behind it.

Actually, converting a current character was their initial intent. They reconsidered it because converting could mean that one that has spent a lot of time and effort to his character could come to convert with high hopes and end up not liking the new class.

I think they went with the most practical way as far as looking at it from a gameplay standpoint goes. More or less losing a character for another character that you may not end up liking is a bit risky and pointless.

I don't really have much of a problem with the DK class. It's very powerful early on but at 80 they seem to be pretty balanced. The only thing that makes them a hero class really is that they start at level 55 instead of 1 and get a free epic mount.

That's why I can't wait for The Old Republic. On that game once you make a decision, you have to live with it.... like in life. Makes the game much more of a thinking-person's game. I'd like that.

They also get special voices and different colors on their skin 😊

Old Republic? Star Wars? Have I missed something big upcoming? 😐

My buddy got death gripped off of his mount the other day and fell to his death. I loled.

Woah, are you serious? Yeah, Bioware's coming out with The Old Republic. It's Knights of the Old Republic MMORPG-style.

Death Knight sure does have a decent amount of lame moves 😐

😐 Just ... 😐 I'm ashamed to have missed that. Really. The Old Republic being my favorite era and all 😛 This deserves further investigation with brilliant enthusiasm and high hopes!

LOL! I'm already excited. From the looks of it so far, they're going in depth.

Anyway, back to WoW.... carry on. 💃
