lol yeah.. considering that, its rather strange that every single holy paladin on the forums is whining like its doomsday...yet were telling ret pallys to learn to play when we were getting nerfed.. /shrug

50% isnt horrible.. its just blizz's way of saying 'stop relying on heal crit' I suppose

So, I just started up a Hunter for the first time.

How should I build it up? What should I pour my talent points into?

I chose a Raptor for a pet, so I could get bite and claw at the same time from it. Anything else?

Beast Mastery is the best Hunter tree, especially for leveling.

Makes your pet a killing machine.

Markman is also good.

Thanks, helps a lot.

Grrr...all the f*cking servers are down for maintenance.

Marksmen for raidss beast for groups.

anyone start heroics?

Can I get some tips about playing a priest? I'm probably gonna go healing/resurrection respec, and shadow for leveling.

my friend reserves around 3 ranks of each heal, varying from max rank (emergency heal), to a quick patch up... it seems to work for her

but when I play I use alot of shield, renew and flash heal...

I really wish they'd make a new rank of lesser heal... 'that' was a great healing spell..

If you want to heal go Paladin, they're the best healers in the game as a whole.

The "Big" priest holy talents are a joke right now. lolwell

Beast or Marksman.

Leave healing to Paladins... go Shadow Priest.

Does anyone play on Terenas?

Light wells are uber for rogues in raids.

rogues who don't watch their aggro are pretty much nubs, and need to bandage themselves lol (and no, that wasn't towards you, raven.. just saying in general)

But thats what I find interesting... in FFXI, everything was very strict.. there were do's and don't's.. and even public parties were highly skilled.... but in WoW its like everyone is allowed to be sloppy and blame others for dying rather than addressing the problem... lightwell is nice but it just promotes sloppy playing IMO

hmm?.. the gameplay and community of FFXI is superb... sure overall its boring and unfair at times (thats usually the con's of most asian MMOs), but its got it where it counts. 🙂

A level 65 holy paladin out-DPS'ed a level 63 rogue the other day in Blood Furnace....who's whining now?

I quit WoW.

Way too boring at 70, and too time consuming.

Sorgo and I are the only ones that remain on Terenas actively, sounds like.

Well the idea of the lightwell in especially the new raids are the rediculous amounts of AE that is being unleashed. You simply cannot avoid sweeping strikes and cleaves no matter who you are if you wnat to DPS. and the priest and healers have n otiem to waste on you, or mana lol.
