Elrohir cluthched at his chest, blood seeping through his fingers, and looked around in confusion. "Where are we?" He asked.
Maik just shook her head. She had a cut across one cheek, but other than that, she was fine. Also, she had no better idea of what was going on than Elrohir.

Courtney shook her head. "You are safe." she said summoning two chairs for them. "Sit. I need to clean your injury, Elrohir. I'm sure, Maik can take care of herself." she smiled at Maik and handed her a warn wet washcloth.

Sonia smiled. "Ms. Higgs is cool." she said.

Maik took the washcloth and thanked Ms. Higgs for it. However, she insisted on taking care of Elrohir herself. it wasn't that she didn't trust Ms. Higgs, it was just that Elrohir was the world to her, and she wanted to make sure he was allright.
"Who are you?" Maik asked Ms. Higgs as she examined Elrohir.

Courtney smiled. "I'm Courtney Higgs. You've probably never heard of me, but that is mainly Fudge's fault. I was a close friend of the Huberts. I went to hogwarts with Sonia's mom."

she frowned slightly in the darkness and turned away ....the wind catchign her long wavy black hair " i just dont see why i must suffer because im diffrent" she said so quietly ...she didnt think anyone would hear..she slowly walked away form the door draggin her feet like a bear drags his paws on the ground"

Maik held out her hand, forgetting it was covered with Elrohir's blood. "Pleasure to meet you. I suppose you allready know who we are, don't you?"
She had managed to stop the beeding, and sealed the wound. But Elrohir would most likely still have a scar anyway.

Courtney shook her hand anyway, not caring about the blood. "Yes, I've heard a lot." she sighed. "Would you two like anything to drink?" she asked.

A tall girl w/ long brown hair and a billowing indigo robe stood in the doorway, listening to the conversation. no one looked up, so she remained unnoticed. Her hazel eyes stared hard at Maik. Did she know her from somewhere?

Courtney looked up at the figure in the doorway. "Hello." she said.

(((You realize we're at courtney's house, right?)))

Morgan looks down, blushing. she knew she shouldn't be here, but something here had called to her. "hi. Look, I'm sorry I'm here. Uh, apperantly uninvited. Uh.." she stummbled over words, and eventually just looked down at her feet, still crimson.

Courtney patted the seat beside her and smiled warmly to Morgan. "Come, sit. We obviously need to talk." she said.

Maik just stared. Confusion wasn't something she dealt with often. She looked at Elrohir, who simply shrugged. Not knowing what else to do, she simply plopped onto the couch next to Elrohir. He was poking at his newly aquired scar, which ran diagonally from his right side to his left shoulder. Maik never could get these things just right.

walks out*( im leaving this story ))

Morgan smiled warmly. she sat in the chair indecated by Courtney, and was quiet. she needed someone 2 fill her in on what was going on, but she was going to bide her time. maybe they didn't want to tell her. Then she wasnt going 2 put herself in that position.

"Well, let's talk through everything that happened. Maybe then, I'll be able to come up with a solution." Courtney said. "When did you two first meet SOnia."

"You mean us?" Elrohir asked. He looked at Maik, who, technically, had met Sonia first.
"when? Must have been...." Maik started counting on her fingers. When she ran out of those, she used Elrohir's too.

Sonia giggled softly behind her hand. She looked at Descartes who was chuckling. He had chaged back to his old self.

"A month." Maik said finally. "I think."
Elrohir just shrugged and tried to piece his shirt back together. "You wrecked my shirt, Maik."
"Did not! The ice did."
"And then YOU ripped it open more. I win."
Maik glared at him. "Do not!"
"Do to!" Elrohir retorted.
Maik held her hand up "I"ll arm wrestle you for it."
"Fine!" Elrohir said, sticking his tongue out.

Descartes bust out into laughter followed by Sonia. Courtney shook her head. She tunred to Morgan. "A lot of strange things have happened. I'm sure yoou want to know what."

"Strange? That's the understatement of the century." Elrohir said over his shoulder. He was now arm wrestling Maik and losing. Barely.
