Maik took the washcloth and thanked Ms. Higgs for it. However, she insisted on taking care of Elrohir herself. it wasn't that she didn't trust Ms. Higgs, it was just that Elrohir was the world to her, and she wanted to make sure he was allright.
"Who are you?" Maik asked Ms. Higgs as she examined Elrohir.
she frowned slightly in the darkness and turned away ....the wind catchign her long wavy black hair " i just dont see why i must suffer because im diffrent" she said so quietly ...she didnt think anyone would hear..she slowly walked away form the door draggin her feet like a bear drags his paws on the ground"
Maik just stared. Confusion wasn't something she dealt with often. She looked at Elrohir, who simply shrugged. Not knowing what else to do, she simply plopped onto the couch next to Elrohir. He was poking at his newly aquired scar, which ran diagonally from his right side to his left shoulder. Maik never could get these things just right.
"A month." Maik said finally. "I think."
Elrohir just shrugged and tried to piece his shirt back together. "You wrecked my shirt, Maik."
"Did not! The ice did."
"And then YOU ripped it open more. I win."
Maik glared at him. "Do not!"
"Do to!" Elrohir retorted.
Maik held her hand up "I"ll arm wrestle you for it."
"Fine!" Elrohir said, sticking his tongue out.
