Sonia ducked behind a bush. She smirked knowing that Elrohir couldn't tell which was harmless or not. She began to dish out an onslaught of snowballs while safely hiding.

Descartes smiled. "Some trick strategy I presume." he said moving a pawn foward.

Courtney glanced sideways at Morgan. "You're thinking a lot. What's wrong.

Maik flashed Descartes an impish grin and moved one of her knights. "Maybe."

Elrohir fell over under the onslaught of snowballs from Sonia. "No fair!" he sputtered "You know which ones are nasty!" he threw snowballs at every plant, keeping a safe distance from them. At the same time he attempted to get all the snow out of his eyes.

Descartes nodded. "Okay, while I watse your time, I'll mentally be preparing myself for the coldness.

Sonia laughed as she layed low on the ground. The bush she was behind mad no movements to her but snapped at Elrohir's ankle after he hit it with a snowball.

Elrohir tried to dodge the plant, slipped and fell flat on his face. From there, he could see Sonia hiding behind it. "Aha!" he cried in triumph. he quickly scooped up a snowball and threw it.

"Good idea Descartes." Maik laughed, moving one of her pawns. This time she'd drag it out longer. Lull him into a false sense of security. And enjoy the simple fact that she was winning.

Sonia yepled before ducking behind a hedgebush and started crawling away not knowing her pants were soaking through.

Descartes shook his head. He knew what Maik was doing. She and Sonia were so much a like they were almost identical in thinking.

Morgan shruged. "I just wonder...Why is this so hard on you?"

Maik moved her knight and slaughtered a pawn. This method allways took longer, but it was sooo enjoyable at the same time. And yet Elrohir never wanted to play with her.

A flurry of snow blew in Elrohir's face, obscuring his vision. He quickly wiped it away and began searching the plants for Sonia, holding snowballs at the ready.

Sonia had his inside the mouth of a plant. She knew it would last for at least a couple hours before she was in any danger. It's mouth closed so Elrohir couldn't see her.

Descartes groaned. "You enjoying toying me?"

Courtney seemed 2 stiffen when Morgan said this them her shoulders slackened. Morgan did nt ask any more questions the rest of the way. finally, they reached an opening, and saw Hogwarts not 2 far off in the distance.

Courtney smiled. "The rest should be easy." she told Morgan.

Morgan nodded. easy, yeah. She had been on these grounds more times than she could count.

Maik attempted to look innocent, and failed miserably. "Toy with you? Now why would I do that?"

Sonia was better at this than he thought. Elrohir searched as close to the plants without getting bitten. "Sooonia....where are you?....."

Courtney laughed softly as she led Morgan through the shadows to the castle. "Relax." she whispered before casting an invisble spell on them.

Sonia tried her hardest not to laugh. Elrohir was directly in front of her.

Descartes laughed sarcastically. "Because you're you. It's in your personality."

"You're just upset because you're losing." Maik laughed and stuck her tongue out at Descartes.

Elrohir snorted in confusion and poked under the plant, still having no idea where Sonia was. He made a mental note to himself not to get involved in somthing with Sonia if hiding was involved.

"Im relax. Who ever said I wasnt relaxed?" said Morgan, shrugging her shoulders. "So where to now? Inside Hogwarts?"

Sonia bit her lip to keep from growling. He had poked her in the leg where she was bruised badly.

Descartes laughed. "True."

Courtney nodded.

"Ok, here we go." sighed Morgan, and she followed Courtney, unsure of where they were going exactly.

Courtney walked along as she made her way to the slytherin's dungeons

Morgan followed, and a shiver ran down her spine as she remembered the reason she had been to this common room last time she was here. Shaking her head, she stopped, waiting for Courtney to say the password to the common room.

Smiling, Maik waited for Descartes to make his move, then slaughtered another of his pawns. Descartes obviously had no idea what he had gotten himself into.

Elrohir plopped down into the snow adn tried to figure out where Sonia had gone. There were only so many plants she could be hiding behind, right? He sat in the snow and scrutinized the plants, waiting for Sonia to slip up and reveal her position.
