"What are you going to do?" Maik asked

Elrohir loosed his grip on her hand as they appeared in front of his parents' house. "There. Wasn't so bad was it?"

Sonia laughed softly. "Not at all." She says shivering. "I still can't over how beautiful it is."

Descartes sighed. "I don't know."

Maik frowned slightly, puzzling it over. "I don't suppose she'd accept going to St. Mungo's, would she."

Elrohir put an arm around Sonia, draping his cloak over her. "It is beautiful." He smiled

"Bloody hell, of course not." Descartes says with big eyes. He then catches what he had done. "I'm so sorry. My language was aweful. It's just, she really should go, but you've seen what happens when she gets in a hospital."

Sonia smiled. "Thank you, Elrohir." she says kissing his cheek.

"Maybe Elrohir could convince her." Maik suggested. "If he finds out, he'll want her in there anyway."

"You are most welcome." Elrohir replied, kissing her softly. "Better get you out of the cold."
He opened the gate and led her up the walk to the house, pausing for a moment to open them, then ushered her in.

Sonia smiled softly. She knew that Descartes would probably let it slip about her 'frail' immune system. He had a way of letting things out that she didn't need other people knowing. She especially didn't want Elrohir to know, because he would worry all the time. "Thank you." she says following his lead.

Descartes nodded. "Great idea, what are we waiting on?"

"Telling Elrohir to get her in St. Mungo's, simple as that." Maik replied. "Shouldn't be too hard to convince him."

"Now to find those parents of mine." Elrohir said, looking around. He spotted the butler and asked him to take Elrohir and Sonia to his parents.

"But he has to convince her." Descartes pointed out before grabbing Maik's hand and apparating in front of her parents' house.

Sonia followed Elrohir closely but still kept looking around. She knew Elrohir had noticed was a great deal paler than most witches and wizards he knew. She wondered if he knew.

"You don't think he can?" Maik asked, after recovering from the apparating.

Elrohir knocked on the door to his parents' room, quickly glancing at Sonia out of the corner of his eye. She didn't look well, and it was unsettling him

Sonia was smiling waiting for his parents to come out. In a way she was nervous.

Descartes bit his lip. "He'd have to know first."

The door opened, revealing Elrohir's father. He caught sight of Sonia and Elrohir and smiled. "Hello. What are you two up to this time of night?"

Maik squeezed Descartes' hand slightly. "Don't worry, it can't be too hard. Elrohir would want the best for Sonia."

Sonia smiled so that it would appear that nothing was wrong. "Well, sir, um, my brother and I have no where to stay. We were kind of wondering if you and your wife would be kind enough to let us have a room for the night? Everything went perfect. That was until a fit of coughs that caused her to double over took place.

Descartes' eyes opened in fright. His sister was coughing so hard she would certainly cough up a little blood.

Elrohir caught Sonia around the waist, looking half terrified. "Sonia, this isn't just a cough."

Elrohir's father frowned slightly and called to his wife. A moment later she rushed to Sonia's side and handed her a potion. "Drink this, it'll stop the cough for now. We need to get you to St. Mungo's"
Elrohir nodded his agreement and looked up at his father. "You don't mind if Descartes stays here do you? After we get Sonia to St. Mungo's?"
Artorius shook his head. "Of course not."

Sonia looked frightened. She had drak half the potion when Elrohir's mom mentioned St. Mungo's. "No, please don't leave me there."

Descartes felt extremely sad. "You have to go, SOnia. You really need too. I promise they won't leave you by yourself."

Elrohir nodded fervently. "I won't leave you Sonia, I promise. You're not going anywhere without me."

"You'll be fine Sonia." Maik said. "You'll have Elrohir with you. And besides, we would never let you go somewhere where you would come to harm."

Sonia felt so bad. She nodded. "Alright. I . .I'll go." she says looking at Elrohir but she couldn't lockk eyes with him. She was so ashamed. She knew he would never want to be with someone who gets sick all the time.

Descartes nodded. "I promise thet'll help you, Sonia."

Elrohir gently pulled Sonia to her feet and kept an arm around her for support. "We'll take a cab there alright? I don't think it'd be a good idea to apparate."
Maik's mother nodded her agreement. "I'll go to St. Mungo's and get a room for her. Make sure she takes the rest of that potion Elrohir."

Sonia still didn't meet Elrohir's eyes. She hung her head in shame and kept quiet. She knew that she would never feel the same comfortability around Elrohir.

Elrohir steered Sonia through the front door to the cab waiting at the gate and helped her in, sliding in after her. "Why are you so upset about this? It's nothing serious, is it?" Elrohir asked her somewhat nervously.

Sonia bot her lip. "It could be." she says looking down at the potion. "I have a very low immunity system. That's why I was never allowed outside when I was a child. What is a normal cold for others is a deadly cold for me."
