Alien vs Predator [merged]

got a point. if its pg13 itll not be violent, scary or have any real good bits in.
but the predator would totally win.
theyve killed aliens b4, becos u can see alien skulls in predator 2 in their trophy room

I have seen many trallers for this film. It will be a kickass movie.

Okay...from now on the people who complain about a movie that is pg-13 is automatically a brownoser...

Why would someone not complain about a potentially good idea being ruined to make $$$$?

I don't know where brownoser would fit into this, but the term SELL-OUT sure fits into the equation.

predator should win, but because aien came out first and it was the big bad new alien, it will probably win. I like both movies, but face it...there are more alien fans than predator fans.
Either that, or they will both die and piss everyone off.

the point is, if there was one alien and one predator, it would make for one shortass film. the predator shoots it once with big shoulder cannon. movie done. however, if there were many many many aliens, there may be a chance of the predator being overwhelmed.

In my comic book it says predator wins...but it is way different from the movie...

this movie will be just as much Action as it is Horror...

it doesnt have to be horror...just needs to be a fast paced action packed kick ass adventure

this might have been said already but their are to many pages to read. so i was watching the commercial and i noticed that the team leader looks like Bishop the robot from aliens and alien 3.

yea. so was AVP just based on the comic. or is it suppose to be a prequel.

how come ellen ripley is in this movie.

ripley isnt in the movie... sigourney said she refused to partake in any alien vs predator movie, the whole reason she convinced fox to use AvP's previous money stash to make Alien:res. was cuz she hated the concept and wanted to delay it even further. When this film was gonna get started up again, she tried for alien 5, but fox shot her down cuz the last alien wasnt exactly good...

i found out not too long ago WHY it was rated PG-13 (other than money), and it made me feel a WHOLE lot better... WIth our current rating system, in order for blood to be considered "gore", it has to be RED. All of the green blood and alien acid doesnt effect the ratings in the least, yet it still does say "rated pg-13 for gore", so that means there is SOME human gore, just not enough to push it over into the R category. And with A and P blood not counting, it is sure to still be a violent movie.

Did you guys know that with our current "refined" rating system, Aliens and Alien3 would both be rated PG-13 if it wasn't for the language???

there wasnt. The woman said that she is basing her character a lot off ripley, though she wasn't PLAYING ripley...
