Well that may be true, but I have never once read House of M, so I don't know. I'm just following what Colossus has been shown to do through comic feats.

Ahh see i meant to ignore the handbooks all together. Just there Numerical values. Stop jumping the gun.

As you said a FOOL would take all aspects of them literally.

"Ignoring the numerical values attched to the marvel levels (because characters are shown lifting wway in excess of what these numbers suggest) you still have a hierarchy for the marvel heroes. Colossus is class 100 and Thing is class 85. Simple as that."

Please note also that Dragon man is at Class 100 and Thing Knocked him out with one Punch.

Only a Fool heh ? 😉

Ah, but how durable is Dragon Man? He can have all the super strength he wants, but if he doesn't have decent durability, Batman could knock him out (oooh...owned).

If he can Lift 100 tons he's likely to have a high form of Durability or else his muscles would kill him when he used them.

Whose the smartass now? 😎 😄

You mean like Sunspot?

Are you agreeing with me, Cresh? Cuz I think you are.

And there are some comic characters who are really strong but don't have the same durability to back them up.

Flash can be very strong when he uses his speed. But he still has peak human durability if he gets hit.

Cannonball is the same way when he's not powered up.

And I've never heard of Strong Guy having really incredible durability, even though it probably is pretty decent.

I'm sure there are some more examples.

Way ahead of you Yahman. It would take many more years of practice for a rank amateur to outwit one of my calibre.

I did indeed say only a fool would take ALL aspects literally. But surely by my clearly stating that we should ignore the numerical values in favour of focusing on the hierarchy depicted then im abiding by that? Silly boy. Better luck next time. 🙂

Sunspot has superhuman strength but has no extra durability.

Exactly. Thank you, Cresh.

Niether of the guys you have referred to are strong. They use momentum to enhance there punches.

Comic Book momentum is a complete paradoxe. Did you know that if Flash was travelling at the same speed as a bullit, and he was unfortunate to crash into a wall. He would have enough force to lift Airforce 1 in the air.

Anyone with comic book strength has a form of physical Durability. 🙂

Did you not read Cresh's or my posts at all?

Strong Guy? Did your eyes miss him? He has super strength.

Sunspot has super strength.

And yes, I know this about Flash. And in a way, super speed is a form of super strength. I knew what I said when I said it.

I agree with GalacticStorm there.

Your credibility=down the drain.

There's not even a point to argue this topic with you anymore.

All Bite know Bark !!!!!!!!!!

Amateur this... Amateur that. Could you please use something else before TRYING to belittle my points.

With all your supreme intellect you failed to miss the fact that we are argueing the same point. I have therefore finished argueing with you and i am now taking on the Colossus Fanboy 🙂 and the 'so called' scientist. 🙂

Isn't it ironic? Don't you think, it figures?

Ok if you are intimidated you can go and 'argue' on another thread. Let the grown ups talk. 🙂

Lol im loving this. I havn't had this much attention since i broke my legs on the slopes. 🙂

When did I become a Colossus fanboy? I only say that he beats those whom he is capable to beat.

I've never said he could beat Superman. I've never said he could beat Hulk. I've never said he could beat Juggernaut. Just because you can't see the truth, doesn't mean you have to label those against you as fanboys.

So, because you are wrong and don't even know a pretty well-known character that is relivant to this topic, I am suddenly intimidated?

If anything, you should be intimidated by the people who clearly know more than you do.

Chief you admitted to me on my First Thread that you where a colossus Fanboy. Don't take it so personally. Im a Fanboy of several characters. 🙂

Who is Sunspot ???????

Oh yeh im unlikely to be intimadated by someone who uses the Ultimate counter part to prove that a 616 character has impressive Feats. Such Debating is devoid of any form of interlect.

Marital Status: Inapplicable
Known Relatives: Inapplicable
Group Affiliation: None
Base of Operations: Mobile

History: Dragon Man was an experimental creation of Professor Gregson Gilbert of State University, Reed Richards' alma mater. The benevolent professor had fashioned an artificial dragon-like creature but lacked the means to make it function. Having heard through secret means of Gilbert's experiments, the alchemist Diablo convinced the professor to give the creature life through one of Diablo's alchemical potions. To Gilbert's shock and regret, Diablo used his control over the creature's will to seek revenge on the Fantastic Four. The four managed to vanquish the creature and saw him disappear into a lake near the university campus. Since the time of Diablo's original animation and control, Dragon Man has been used as a pawn by such criminal masterminds as Dr. Lemuel Dorcas, Gregory Gideon, and the Machinesmith. Dragon Man is currently under the supervision of his creator, Professor Gilbert.

Height: 15 ft. 3 in.
Weight: 3.2 tons
Eyes: Grey
Hair: None

Strength level: Dragon possesses Class 100 strength, and is thus able to lift (press) somewhere over 100 tons.

Known Superhuman Powers: As a non-human synthetic creature, Dragon Man has a number of superhuman attributes. Dragon Man's body, made of high-density long-chain organic polymers, which were an attempt at manufacturing life-mimicking materials, has incredible durability and strength. His thick hide is capable of resisting without rupture ballistic impacts up to and including 155mm Howitzer shells, or 300 pounds of TNT. His body can withstand extremes in both temperature (from -200° to 1,000°+ Fahrenheit) and pressure (from 0.02 to 12.5 atmospheres). Not truly alive, Dragon Man does not need oxygen to sustain his pseudo-life. He is an omnivore, capable of consuming, diverse forms of matter and converting them to energy. (He has not yet tasted flesh). His tail, which is 7 feet long from base to tip, can be whipped at speeds of up to 130 feet per second (90 miles per hour), generating enough force to smash a 3-foot thick stone wall or topple a loaded 5,000 gallon tank truck.

Dragon Man can fly by means of an internal antigravity generator constructed out of synthetic materials. His bat-like wings, which span 35 feet from tip to tip, aid him in controlling his stability and direction. He can fly at a maximum speed of 30 miles per hour and reach a maximum height of 1,800 feet. Assuming he has a constant energy supply, Dragon Man is virtually tireless and can fly for an indefinite period of time.

Dragon Man exhales fire through his mouth by releasing a high-pressure stream of methane gas, a by-product of his unusual digestive system, through vents in the back of his throat. The gas mixes with air from his lungs and is ignited by specialized teeth, which can spark when struck together. This fire, which reaches a temperature of about 8,000° F, can be emitted for a maximum of 7 minutes before he needs to "refuel."

Limitations: Dragon Man has the intellectual capacity of a domestic dog, and is governed by simple thoughts and feelings. His artificial brain is particularly sensitive to high-pitched sounds: certain ultrasonic frequencies can jam his mental functions to paralyze him or make him highly susceptible to external domination.
