Where does Marvel give us a peek at what those ranges are per CL?

They don't.

So it is still up to the Comic public. Us. To put whatever #'s on whom ever.

Sad but true.

There has been no such form by Marvel.

Don't kid yourself.

Yuo mean aside from having the 7 step listed on marvel.com and an explination of the numbers in the Marvel handbook?

Or are you saying that Wolverine IS the same strength as Spiderman?

I've also used the Marvel.com Abilities chart.

But it says Namors strength is a 6 so it can't be correct... 😆 😆 😆

Isn't that right darkcrawler?

Your actually saying exactly the same thing as i am Marvel doesn't break it down far enough.

Spiderman and Wolverine are both listed at level 4.

But wolverine only has around an 800 punds strength while Spiderman has a 15 ton strength.

level 4 is just, comparitivley, low level superhuman strength. 5 is mid level superhuman strength 6 is high level super human strength and 7 is godlike strength.

Each number represents a range.

This arguement is going round in circles 🙂

Colossus and Thing are both listed as 6 in the marvel handbooks...it is correct to say that these are ranges, so we can assume they mean that Colossus and Thing can lift 100 tons but that they lack the incalculable strength of Guys like Gladiator and Hulk.

Concerning Juggernaut and Thing. Thing fought 98 bad guys in a row with increased strength granted to him by Mephisto. Then before facing Juggernaut Mephisto removed his strength. Although some people on here have intentionally mislead others, the Thing was facing Juggernaut with his regular strength while he assumed he was still experiencing the strength increase. So the Thing was surprised to see that his enhancement had left him. This constitutes an advantage for Jugs since it caught the Thing off guard. But it gets worse...so many people have lied saying the Thing was KOed in this confrontation. These people are either telling flat out lies or dont have the comic book. After Jugs knocks Thing down the Thing reaches up grabs Jug's leg and actually stops him? Juggernaut falls on his face and Mephisto's plot to defeat the Beyonder fails.

JUGGERNAUT NEVER KO'D THE THING

Really? My book Thing was knocked out.

ill go with the thing. colossus is a big strong guy but the thing is a big strong fighter. even if colossus is slightly stronger and faster the thing has the experience skill and mindset to win.

alright, im tired of all this shit about people saying Thing got knocked out by Juggs in 3 hits.....yea..he did....but so wut???...he was right back up in a page or 2....plus....Colossus was knocked out in ONE punch by Juggs....and he was out for a while....so in my opinion that proves nothing that Colossus has better durability....all that proves in my opinion is that Thing actually has better durability...and then people say Colossus has gotten stronger since he got knocked out by Juggs.....how do u know he wasnt Cl 100 then too just never showed it by lifting??.....plus, even if he has gotten stronger since then....SO HAS THE THING!!!!!!

But durability points aside....i say Thing wins 7/10...

Colossus also has mad experience, not as much as Thing I know, but still quite a bit. He's been trained by the fighting elite of the X-men (Cyke, Wolverine, etc.). He definitely knows what he's doing. He's also a much better tactician when it comes to fighting. He knows how to do more than just pound on things. Faster, more agile, smarter, far more durable, slightly stronger...

Colossus wins 7/10.

look at x-men 370 colossus knocks the crap out of hulk and if he can do that to hulk then of course thing. cause hulk has kicked things ass many times.

hmm...sure that was the Hulk? might want to check on that one.

Wasn't that a Skrull-Hulk?

Even so, still quite impressive since the Skrulls are uber powerful.

yea...like the skrull posing as colossus that Thing fought...now that was a close fight 😉

juggernaut taking either of them out is fairly meaningless, hes dropped them both in a couple of shots with no trouble.

"look at x-men 370 colossus knocks the crap out of hulk and if he can do that to hulk then of course thing. cause hulk has kicked things ass many times."

Wasent the real deal and there was nothing to indicate he was as formidable.

Thing wins more often than not in my opinion. Hes close to the top tier range while Colossus doesnt have notable feats in strenght backing that up.

He is however more agile.

These are impressive feats of strength.

Holding the weight of a hostpital up while Wolverine rescues some people.

Here Colossus smashes a army tank with little trouble.

You want to believe that go right ahead. Colossus WAS NOT KNOCKED OUT from Juggernaut in that fight.

He was concious and talking when Juggernaut left.

Oh and by the way when he is knocked out he turns back to normal.

"These are impressive feats of strength."

But not top tier class. Neither of the two really have average feats to fit the bill. However between the two, Thing has alot more.

The bar fight? Doesnt actually matter if he was or not. Marko was toying with him and Colossus didnt do anything.

To take any doubts anyone just post the fight.

Did you even read the book? Colossus chin checked Juggernaut. And this all WHILE HE WAS DRUNK! Juggernaut landed more than one shot also.
